Sil from Rialto Oil change went above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough! Received a panic tearful phone call from our 20 year old who had pulled of the freeway due to warning lights and got stuck in Rialto on way back from Santa Barbara to Palm Springs. Worse she had 3% phone battery. Luckily she sent me a pin drop before the phone died. I called Rialto and based on my map Sil jumped into his truck and drove 10 mins up the road to find her and allowed her to use his cell to call us. He diagnosed the issue and went back for parts and she was back on the road within two hours and before it got dark. We are so impressed and grateful. Such a friendly professional service and all on a national holiday. Highly recommend.

Been using there service for 6 year went for a simple thermostat replace gave me run around for 7 hrs and still then repair my car correctly servicer and master mechanic is a hole bad service do not take your car here for any reason zero star for this company need to reported

Extremely helpful and fast service. Pep boys wanted me to leave my car for a day and a half and Rialto oil had my minor spark plug issue fixed in 30 minutes. Fair prices. Didn't miss another day of work thanks to them. Absolutely recommend.

Don't go to this mechanic they over price and always find new stuff to fix in your car. Had my breaks done at this shop been back 3 times breaks still squeak Had rotors and pads replaced they claim to have bought the best rotors and pads from aoutzone only to find out they bought the cheapest verified by auto zone employee that took a look at my break pads and rotors. Gave them 2 stars because they do have a good mouth piece on them and make you feel real comfortable before they hustle you. Also this is the real address 13823 Foothill Blvd, Fontana, CA 92335

i went in because my car was over heating and had check engine light. i told they that helped me that i think my fan wasn’t working and sure enough it wasn’t all he did was fix a “shortage” which could’ve been a very easy fix, he also drained my coolant and replaced it, engine light went off but turned back on not even a week after him servicing my car and i’ve broken down twice after leaving his shop due to over heating which was the reason i went to him in the first place. i maintained keeping the coolant refilled at all times and still broke down. costed me $350!!!!! for him to do nothing lol. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING IN FOR THE SAME REASONS I DIDService: Electrical
