No customer service after the sale at all. Bought a/c compressor and no paper work in box so I called to find out if it had oil. No calls back after 2 days and put on hold for 45 minutes. Waiting that long on hold is on me but I thought maybe with the covid thing going on they would be short staffed. Better to purchase from a company that has decent customer service. Its a shame you have to act like you bought something and have a problem just to find out if they will help you before you buy.

I was a Production Coordinator here at speedmaster. Not a great company to work for. They went through more than 1 production coordinator before I got hired on. No retention rate for employees at this company. The company makes it mandatory to wear all black everyday, no creativity in this company. Also payrate is on the bottom of the top 2000 companies to work for. I worked minimum wage in a leadership position.

Poor, Rude customer service, and no organization. I ordered a flywheel on 08/24/2021 and waited several days for tracking to be uploaded so I could see when I was going to get the part. After several calls and on hold for every I was first told the part was out of stock, then I was told the part was in stock and my order could be reopened and the part would be sent. Then I was told that it could not be reopened and that I would have to start all over again and reorder the part. By this time 7 days had past since I ordered the part. I confirmed my refund on the first order and then ordered the flywheel again. Received order confirmation but not tracking again. I waited several day again, then I called and waited and waited on hold to speak with someone. Finally I get what they claimed to be a supervisor and told me they actually do not have the part and their system had a glitch for the reason they told me to reorder the part and that they had it. This supervisor did not apologize and was rude to me for their multiple errors and waisted time they caused me. The gave no options to make it right and only gave me silence.

Received a Speedmaster / Procomp Electronics fuel gauge for Christmas 2020. Installed the gauge in mid January and it failed at the beginning of April 2021. Guess what they refuse to warranty the gauge under the existing 12 month warranty unless I pay to mail it back to them. I live about 15 minutes from their 1101 W Rialto Ave Rialto Ca location, the same location they want me to mail this gauge back to. The gauge cost $11.99 online and it cost $8.50 to mail it back to them. After 3 weeks of discussions, emails and outright BS they said no, mail it or go away. I am sure they are banking on the cost to customers of mailing items back to discourage customers from using their 12 month warranty. At one point the customer service representative said they were putting in a claim to have a replacement gauge issued to me without having to mail the failed device back, they stated they understood the mailing cost versus the purchase price, guess what the claim was denied. Do not purchase any Speedmaster / Procomp products, this was a Christmas present but this is not the first time this has happened to me with their products. I do not want to waste any money to mail failed items back to Speedmaster or Procomp. There is no upside to me, I am sure if I received a replacement gauge it would fail again before the 12 month warranty was over and I would be in the same boat. Buyer Beware You get what you pay for from Speedmaster and Procomp. Pay a bit more and buy from other American made vendors.

This place doesn't answer their phones. That shows you the level of customer service.

ZERO STARS!!!! DON'T EVER BY FROM THIS COMPANY! Procomp Electronics dba Speedmaster. I'll give you a quick rundown of my situation. I entered into a contract to have a vehicle built with this company a almost year ago 04/05/19- 04/05/20. The car was supposed to be delivered on October 23, 2019, still no car. I've been trying to complete the deal for the last five months. I met with the CEO of the company Jason Kencevski, November or December and after meeting with him had the impression that the situation will be resolved and the car will be delivered soon there after. He smiled in my face and never intended to follow through. Four months later I'm still sitting here with no vehicle. Now they are attempting to break the contract and sell my car for more money even though I put a down payment of $25,000 on a vehicle in which I made all the design choices. They essentially used my money to purchase and build a vehicle only to sell it to someone else. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Entering into business with this company would be huge mistake they will attempt to screw you out of your money, your time and your ideas like they are trying to do to me. If the CEO has no moral compass then no one in the company will. MOVE ON AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. Speedmaster are a bunch of snakes. Feel free to contact me I don't want anyone else to experience this.

I ordered a distributor online and did not get the mating connector. I contacted ProComp at this number and they hooked me up. That was excellent service by their guy on the phone.

Will not stand behind their products. Bought a distributor and the bottom part of it falls off. They say it's a 2 piece shaft top keep from damaging the cam gear. There's no way to pull this distributor without the gear remaining in the motor. They tell me to just glue it together. Why should I have to glue together a new distributor? And why are you telling me this is how it's supposed to be but then telling me to glue it together? I wouldn't buy anything from this place. They sent the wrong part but expect me to pay to have it shipped back.

Good service bad knowledge of parts you have a better chance of finding what you need at a chain retail autoparts. I went for a complete LS top end cnc head cam and all the components needed come to find out they gave us the wrong part dimension for the exhaust valves because they didnt have any complete head so we go to a bunch of place and they all said that the heads were trash and showed me all the places where the cnc machine left really bad burs. Then the size we order for the valves were way to big. The springs were completely wrong and the intake manifold looks like it was put together with jb weld the cam isnt even a ls cam its. Not even a Chevrolet cam its for a 289 small block ford and the gaskest there all cheap paper gasket. The lifters are from a old school Chevrolet small block. The valve seats are cheap and not the right size the. Speedmaster or procomp electronics have there parts also on sale on ebay plus the boxes were inside out and guess what the boxes say inside Speedmasters i should have listened to what i was told to stay away. They wont even exchange them!!! Bad business.

I just received the Billet Oil Filter I had ordered four days ago. It is a beautiful two piece filter housing with a washable/reusable filter inside. However, it has been screwed down so tight that two large grown men could not get the top to budge! Whomever put this together should be keelhauled!
