“My lucky day! I was in the area and needed to ship an item. Stop by the post office and was amazed by the friendly customer service provided by Juanita. I also appreciate the lovely personal decor of Valentine's items around the building. It takes some initiative to make a place look welcoming and friendly. Kudos to the team or staff that makes this please look nice. Thank you for your help.”

“Picking up our mail that we asked them to hold while we're on vacation. You just show your DL with your address on it and the employee gives you your mail. Love this convenience. No stack of mail in your mailbox.”

“It has it good sides and bad. But I've been here in Crestline since 1995 and seen many changes in this sleepy town. I've always loved it. But here we are in 2023 and this town has changed in so many ways. So I don't feel as good as I used to. But now for the post office, well one of things that have happened is we lost the best lady that worked there for over 25 years and here name was Diane. But I believe the reason the changes hours is because of all the new people that have moved up here.”

“This place is nice and convenient, in the heart of DTR. My coworker needed to go, so we actually walked there, from work. It looks like a train station, as you enter and we were both tickled by that. She took care of her business, as I scoped out the place, to get a couple pictures. Glad to know it's there, in case I ever need to go, during work hours.”

“A Historic Site (built in 1930 and restored in 1993) in San Bernardino. This is the nearest Post Office from our workplace. We come to this place to send certified mails. Products like Stamps, Shipping Supplies, Gift Cards, Collectibles, Business Supplies, Cards, and Envelopes are available here. The people who work here are nice and cooperative. So far, we have no issues/complaints about their service.”

“Had a package from China incorrectly get routed to Loma Linda, which is 75 miles away from me. The Chinese retailer that shipped the package labeled it with two different addresses (WHAT THE HECK?). I called the Loma Linda USPS and luckily I got Christine, who was amazing helpful, patient, and professional. Not only did she locate my package, but arranged for it to be delivered to the CORRECT address. Thank you, Christine and the Loma Linda postmaster!”

“This US Post Office is located on Chicago Avenue between University Ave and MKLjr Blvd, in Riverside - close to UCR.I’ve never had any issues coming here. I utilize their Self-Service kiosk for Priority Flat Rate packaging instead of waiting in line. It’s a little sketchy in this area - there’s usually a homeless person right by the stairs leading up to the front door. But they usually just mind their own business.Overall, no complaints here. It’s easy to find and they’re open on Saturdays. Plenty of parking too! And bonus: They have some beautiful Birds of Paradise to the right of the Entrance.”

“Great service! Very attentive! I’ve gone to the post office in corona where online it states they take walkins for passports and it’s not true at all don’t waste your time over there. I called before coming here and they answered the phone right away and let me know how it works at this location. Make sure to call before heading over to do a walk-in for new passports! Once I arrived they helped me out right away.”

“Lot of bad reviews here for things out of this post office’s control. Don’t complain about long lines, they’re understaffed and work as efficiently as possible from 4am until 10pm. Complain to your senator if you want something done about the lines so more money goes to Usps.Helpful tip, research what you can do online, print your postage, save your time.”

“I regularly have to go to this post office and I've never had a problem with any of its employees. Let me say that every employee every visit has been very nice and helpful. Only bad thing I can say is, they need a couple more employees. The lines are usually very long.”

“I honestly have no idea what the one star reviews are talking about, because my experience at this post office was nothing short of helpful and efficient.I had a care package to ship and first tried the self checkout kiosk but had an issue inputting the address, so I tried the desk. Even though one of the windows was closed, my wait was short, and I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes”
