They are exceptional with the loans. But I paranoid about my guitar getting damaged because of what happened at the downtown San Bernardino pawn shop. Everyone has a story about that place. So I nervously kept asking about the care for my guitar and guess what? The guys damaged it, whether out of spite? And I told them,"don't take it personal" but they did it anyway. Put deep scratches in my guitar.

These people are the best. They were not very interested in what I had to offer because they're business is different but the guy behind the counter asked how much are you asking to borrow.? Am asking 50 but in reality I need $70. Okay $70. It is. Really? Of course we are to help you out thorough these hard times. Make sure you come back and get your tools. I was like no way this guy is for real. Am not lying to you when I say that the only extra charge was for a lost ticket. I didn't had gas or money for food or a job. Two days later I found a job where the owner provided all the necessary tools. Part time job for a week after a week I went full time my first paycheck I retrieved my tools. If it wasn't for these guys I probably still be on the street. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH...

I am so pleased with this pawn shop, from the moment I walked in they where all smiles they didnt make me feel like a l**** like most pawn shops where they always try to low ball you, popular pawn is a reasonable fair understanding and have THE MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ANY BUSINESS could ask for from its employess very very very very extreamly happy I found them.. I play the lottery everyday and i made a promise that if I ever win popular pawn is the first on my list to give a million ? they have helped me when I needed gas to when I needed $ to eat they are just awesome

The best pawn shop I've been to by far they offer you more than any other pawn place for items that may be hard to resale and the do take understanding and consideration for previous pawned items and rely on your trust to bring money back and will meet up to your request mostly everytime great customer service and they remember each person who does Buissness with them?

great place..they work with you to get you what you want when pawning your gold..Also when buying gold they drop their price to meet you in the middle so both parties are happy with the money dropped & received ..

Services here are great especially when you need help. The prices are very fair as well..The workers Chris and Ken are always so kind and work with what I got(: they're also very clean, and I love how they make sure everyone has a mask on before they come in. I've only been coming here for a short time but they make you feel like they've known you for years! Excellent customer service!
