Worst place ever the guy will rip you off. Did my taxes and he didn’t put a dependent that was my own son and now I have to pay to fix them again and see if the irs accepts it. Please nobody go over here he doesn’t help you at all. I went to hbox taxes and they confirm this guy rips people off based on how the taxes were done especially since he’s been in this career for over 10 years

dont go to this place they over charge they they took 450 dls from my check just to get it direct deposit to there office and they never told me about this fee until i noticed my irs tool to wheres my refund wasnt working with the amount they said i was receiving then i called to dispute the problem and they agreed to give me back the money they took without my authorization in a week and after that they never picked up my calls?????????????????????

Great service, I filed my taxes yesterday. Seems like the place is under new management.. people are very knowledgeable ask for Daniel! He helped me out a lot!! I also love that they are bilingual which makes it easier for my parents . No more driving to Pomona ! Thank you Daniel !

If I could give this office a negative star rating I would. Diana messes up my family's tax return. She wasn't filling out paper work as it was supposed to. We had to go to H&R Block and pay 100 for it to get fixed. Where we first paid over 220 with this office. It is ridiculous because I kept emailing and calling Diana and no response. This office is not professional and they have people tricked. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!

was going to come back to this place but the over the phone service was very rude and they are closing earlier than says on the site. these folks are lazy and dont want to do the job they get paid to do . i feel its false advertisement. just my opinion every body is entitled to one.

I lost my taxes from a previous year and asked for a copy through email but this couldn't be done because there's a $20 fee and it could only be printed and picked up. I don't understand why if at another tax place I've gotten taxes done had given me copies before with no charge. Way to make money off of your customers. Not to mention the rude over the phone service. As soon as the lady answered the phone you could just tell she was not having it. I apologize for whatever happened but if you're working in helping your customers you should have a better tone and manner. If you'd like for customers to treat you nice then treat us the same way. I try to hold my patience with people in the customer service industry but taxes are already stressful, please at least be nice and try to be helpful when doing your job. Maybe then your customers won't react so negatively.
