Scammers, lairs and cheaters! DO NOT buy here!!! They sell defective phones and will not honor their return policies. My mom purchased a phone cash on January 1 and on January 6 she couldn't hear incoming calls and the manager Ceasar refused to give her a refund. Instead he order her a refurbished phone and made my 84 year old mother wait over two week to get this refurbished phone that Ceasar refused to mail to our home instead he made my mother drive to his store twice now because the first time the phone wasn't there. We filed complaints with Metro by T Mobile and will file with the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a charger and it didn't work and when I asked them to change it or give me a refund they told me they couldn't and couldn't change it because I had to pay for it first ?

Went to this location to try to get my phone connected, and was told my phone is not compatible, but went to another location and it worked out fine. Was giving attitude by employee named Rosalie. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Please be careful if you visit this store because the employees are scammers. I went in this store today because I wanted to upgrade one of my lines on my plan. When the employee greeted me I explained to him that I was looking for an inexpensive phone for my little brother. The employee/"scammer" kept insisting on trying to sell me an expensive one but once he realized that I wasn't going to budge we were able to settle on the iPhone SE in the color black And that's when the scam came into play. He took my id and card for my payment and began getting everything in order. Once my payment was processed and the order finalized He then proceeded to hand me a red phone which clearly wasnt the black phone I asked for. when I brung it up to him all he had to say was "well that's all we have, we ran out of the black phones" and as irritating and deceiving as that was, (because it most definitely was) I still tried to make the best of the situation and decided I would just buy a case but to add insult to injury when I went to read over my receipt as I was about to sign I noticed he also charged me for a wall charger. when I asked him about it he said it was some mandatory requirement that they sell the wall outlets with every phone purchase because customers were complaining that the phones didn't come with one. The explanation sounded phony so I called customer care as soon as I left the store and low and behold it wasn't true and the employee blatantly lied to my face to force me to purchase a product I never needed. To say the least, the experience was the worst I've ever encountered and I will never go to that store again

Commercial talks about great service. It is so untrue. They spend so much money on commercials please do not spend one dime getting them service. I live in a town 30 minutes away from Dallas I have to T-Mobile stores on each side of the street literally one minute of a walk to each store I get in my house my calls drop internet does not work. My phone is only two weeks old and I'm having problems with it they tell me they will send me a used phone they call it refurbished no thank you and I tell him just traded with another new phone they say no it is too late I bought the phone and that it is called used. I have done everything I can to tell people do not ever switch to T-Mobile. It is exhausting betrayal. They make so much money off of their commercials however somehow they still exist in United States. I turned to T-Mobile because I travel in Europe however my phone did not work in Europe I was so frustrated and angry. Now I know why people are actually turning to Verizon and so will I. I teach you not everybody that I know that has Verizon they're called does not drop and they are not cheap. Do not get T-Mobile it is the saddest thing ever

This guy name jose was my life saver today. My son has a disability that requires me to always be on phone with dr ext. Just got a stylo 5 it locked on me. Jose not only unlocked my ? for . He took payments and answered other's questios. Really nice guy very patient & caring. Metro you need more good workers like this guy thank you jose. ???
