I had purchased a phone from them and the phone was defective took 5 hrs to replace but the girls did there best to deal with me lol super appreciate the patience even was I was being rude.

Very good service! Stephanie Martinez was so helpful and genuine! She literally saved my life! My phone was dead and she has magical fingers and brought it back to life! I appreciate great customer service, she was knowledgeable and just the sweetest person ever. Thank you Stephanie

I didn't receive my bill so i went into the store to pay. A lady helped me w/blonde hair; (she wasn't wearing a name tag) and while she was helping me pay my bill she kept speaking in Spanish to her co worker Armando. Since they were laughing it made feel like he was talking about me in Spanish i asked what's sooo funny? The lady snapped at me and said nothing and gave me my receipt. be kind; and professional wait until your break to tell jokes about your customers. switching to Verizon.

I came to the store to resolve my issue with the call center, who were giving me the run around and I was really frustrated because nothing was getting worked out. As I walked in Hilaria greeted me right away. I explained my situation to her and she did an incredible job and was super professional. I am very pleased that they addressed my needs , thank you so much.

I came here and Joshua helped me and he really made a great impression on me I had came to this location once a few years back and never returned but I had to come back today cause they were the only location who had what I wanted and I'm glad about it he was friendly helped me so much with setting up my device ( cause I'm horrible at that ) and he apologized a few times for my pass experience he really turned my opinion about this location around from a negative to a positive T-Mobile hire more people like him

I have been a customer since way back more than a decade.Friendly staff and store is always neat and organized.Love the T MOBILE TUESDAYS..Just recently redeemed my Denny's free grandslam breakfast meal. Redeeming gifts or discounts are something I look forward to every Tuesday as a satisfied TMobile customer.

my first visit i went in and a guy named christian greeted me, i asked him a few questions and he made me feel like i was wasting his time and then asked for some info and was going to try and run my credit without explaining first the procedure so i declined, he definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. i decided to give the location another try and this time i worked with MANNY and he was the best, answered all my questions, explained all the features on my new phone i purchased with him and gave me the best service i've ever experienced while purchasing a phone. great guy, and awesome personality and attitude! thanks manny!

I'm writing this cause I've been waiting here 15 minutes now and have yet to be greeted.. a simple hello sir we'll be with you in a minute goes a long way. I understand y'all are busy but two other customers already left since I came for not being acknowledged also. I came last night cause I want to upgrade, real simple transaction and profit for them. They were busy but at least they acknowledged me so after 15 I left and I have today off so I. Said I'll come in the morning. I still haven't been acknowledged and they've looked at me multiple times while they're clients are on the phone or doing something else... I even took a call during this review and still haven't been called on lol It sucks when companies are so big they really don't give a s*** what we say... cause they're still making billions of us anyways. This place sucks, so does t-Mobile. These morning guys are trash and have no customer service experience what so ever. They just come collect a check and bounce. Don't give this place your business give it somewhere else... I highly recommend not to come here and the two stars they have before me explains exactly why this place is s******* Also wanted to add ... I went to the T Mobile off Mt. Vernon by Walmart. Mercedes was very helpful and answered all my questions no problem... upgraded my phone and they mirrored everything for me was a breeze!

Called this store and asked if they could help me with my phone. From what I described, they said to bring it in and they would try to trouble shoot it. I arrived and waited about 10-15 min to be waited on. After barely looking at my phone they started the "you need to buy a better phone". I realize when you buy a phone now it's like buying a car, it loses value as soon as you leave the store. I still think a phone should last for 2 years at least though! He continued to try to sell me a phone, until I finally just left. Very poor customer service. They wouldnt even replace my screen that I paid to have replaced fir the lifetime of the phone. They said I had to call customer service, they would send me one and I could put it on myself. I love my tmobile service but the stores are the WORST!
