The world of mattresses is huge and complicated thing and figuring out what you want and need to make an informed decision can be difficult. However for me it was made easier with the help of Marissa G. I told her my budget and explained my priorities in a bed. She gave me some of the greatest options I've ever felt. I feel confident in the bed i choose all because of Marissa. I do still recommend reading through reviews and trying different stores but if you want a one stop shop then Marissa from Mattress Firm is the person to speak to.

Mattress Firm has the kindest, most professional, dedicated people working for them. I’ve been to this location before but sadly, didn’t make the purchase. Today, Sept 2024, I finally made the purchase! Sarah was my sales rep and she was patient with me and got me the best deal! She really focused on making me happy with my decision at the best rate, of course. I am a happy customer so far. I’ll provide an update once my bed arrives.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Rialto.
Sarah was amazing and so helpful. She shared the best deals and information with me for the type of mattress that I was looking for. She also was very friendly, professional, and kept me in the price range I wanted. I tried several mattresses and by the time I left the store I narrowed it down to two. I came back to the store three days later and made my purchase, unfortunately Sarah wasn’t coming in until later that day. Marissa was very friendly and helped me out with a few additional items. I think I will love my new Nectar Copper, it felt so perfect in the store! Great team thank both of you.

Came in with my boyfriend looking for a new mattress and was helped by Fabricio! He was super helpful and knowledgeable, we chose the perfect mattress & frame thanks to him. We both appreciated his excellent customer service and will come back again for future purchases!

Marissa at the Rialto location was so very helpful and made choosing a mattress so easy! We went in just to look around not really knowing what we were looking for 100%, but Marissa greeted my girlfriend and I as soon as we walked in the door. She asked us what we were looking for and what price we’d have in mind to stick to. She recommended a few mattresses and we fell in love with one, and even ordered a size up from what we originally wanted! She is just so very amazing and we appreciated her so very much for all her help :)
