They have one person working here, she’s terrible at her job and every single time I went to speak with her she was on the phone with her mom laughing and catching up while I’m waiting to be seen. She never sent any information to irs that she said she would send resulting in them taking actions against you for “not filing”, even tho you’re paying her to do it. She lies constantly and again, good luck waiting there while she’s on the phone with her mother. If your don’t want your tax return file with liberty tax. They’ll forget to do their jobs and then blame you. Great management there considering there hasn’t been any since I filed a few months ago, it’s just her and that’s why she can do what she wants on company time and forgot to do things while she’s on the phone with her mother. Go here and experience this and tell me I’m wrong.
