I do not recommend. Despite the several reviews that I have seen from other pet owners saying that they have cut their pups, I decided to give them a try anyway because it was highly recommended by a friend. I also wanted to support a family owned business. We brought our pup here to get groomed a total of three times. Every time we received our dog back, he had cuts on him, but I thought it could be possibly because his hair is very curly and was possibly tangled. This most recent time we got him back he had a severe cut on his back paw, causing him to lose a lot of blood. When we picked him up, the groomer was making statements to which felt to me that they were blaming him for the reason why he was cut so bad. The groomer informed my grandmother (who is the person who picked our dog up) to come back the next day, which was on Thursday to get the bandage taken off. Unfortunately, my elderly grandmother was not able to come the next day. So I called on Saturday (since I was off) to see if we could bring our dog back there to get the bandage taken off at least. The person who answered the phone first stated that they were fully booked, then, after I explained the situation, they stated that they were not there. This person showed no compassion or empathy for their mistake, not apologetic or concerned whatsoever. In fact, the person on the phone kept repeating "I told her to come back on Thursday" in a very rude manner. In which again, my elderly grandmother was not able to come back the next day. Our dog is currently in a lot of pain, and will need surgery on his paw. Now we are left with an injured pup who is now afraid of getting groomed and a $300 veterinarian bill and counting.

I walked into Ohana Paws for the first time taking my pet there. I walked in said hello to the lady at the front desk and got no response. I was the only one in the lobby. I had my glasses on so maybe she didnt know I was talking to her. I said hello again, as she looked a bit stressed. I was concerned for her stress levels early in the morning and is my pet going to be happy and safe here? I said hello again, waived and received no response. Finally Ms. Denise who was sitting on the other side of the door greeted me and I felt a bit at ease a bit. Ms. Denise took my pet and chatted with me and I felt a bit more relaxed leaving my pet there for the first time. After Ms. Denise took my pet to the back and asked me to fill out a few simple forms, which would have took me about a minute. I was accosted by the worker who did not greet me, with an attitude about wear my car was parked. There was no body in front of the store. I admit, It was a fire lane but no one was in the lot. I would have been in and out in 5 minutes tops. I was wrong by parking there but what I was met with shocked me. I responded to the request to move, of course I will move it, I am almost done with the paper work. In stead of being kind and allowing me to cross my T and dot my I - she insisted that I move my car immediately. Leaned over and pointed with a high and somewhat aggressive voice ; SIR YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR CAR... I immediately felt uncomfortable, irritated and felt like she was being a bit of a "Karen." Based off her lack of a proper greeting when I walked in. I was totally rubbed the wrong way. After moving my car, I came back in and finished the paper work. I told her I hope your Morning is better. Based off her visible stress levels upon entry and her tone when speaking to me. She changed her tone eventually. But It effected me in a way that I am writing about it now. I was going to ask for my pet back immediately and go some where else. The reason why I stayed was because I saw other customers coming out happy with their pets. And of course Ms. Denise was just amazing and sweet. The cut on pet was a little over priced for what I received but my little girl came out happy and clean. And that is all that matters. But I must say I was a bit taken back by the greeting & "Karen" attitude I received before service and said I was not coming back. A bit disappointed to be honest. Not with the cut but with the customer service. Ms. Denise needs to always be in the front of the store.

They always do a good job on our boy, and the new place Ohana Paws is really nice and welcoming inside. They have a lot of different stuff for dogs and they have all their prices/services listed on a chalk board which is awesome.

You have lost a customer. I was a long time customer at holiday pets in rialto. I find this place very overpriced. 70 dollars for a small terrier mix. My dogs cut looked horrible and sloppy and choppy her tail looked raggedy also. I don't know who did her cut but it wasn't like before. They also told my son that my dog bit her when they shaved her legs and next time they would charge an aggression fee. My dog is very old and it obviously must have hurt her. She is not an aggressive dog. They told me she'd be ready my 230. So when I hear 230 I'm going to work it around my time not if she's done early. They said if I didn't come by 215 she was going to have to stay overnight. I was extremely disappointed.

Love the new location been here twice and both times they have taken great care of my dog , I'm bad about bringing him to the groomers and every time they are very accommodating and understanding of my husky amount of fur. Great pricing and friendly friendliest staff

We come here every few months for the past 7-8 years. We've never loved it but they're cheap and they always have openings (i can only imagine why) they're always so rude for no reason and when they say bring your dog at 9 they really mean 9:30-10 because they won't be there. They have really uneven cuts and can't ever trim all the nails on my pup. They also only take cash which is hilarious just say you don't pay taxes girly. Anyway despite all that they're cheap so why not. Well I bring my dog in this past Monday only to be told my total is going to be $30 more than usual. I mean this girl literally whispers the total to the girl I'm talking to without looking at me and walks away so said girl can tell me more (the blond girl that has the very flattering pictures on the other reviews is the rude one that blessed us with her sweet presence and price change). I understand times are changing and prices need to go up to make a living but come on a $30 difference is insane. I agree anyway because my pup needs it and they say to come back at 12 to get my pup. I'm back at 12:30 (because they are never ready when they say in my 8 years of coming here) and I wait for someone to come see me... and I wait.... And wait.... And wait till someone finally runs up, looks at me stupidly and says he's not ready till 2 and that I must have misheard. Okay, I didn't but tell yourself that to cover your own it's fine. I've made mistakes when working too but you can own up to it but again it's fine. I come back at 2 and to my surprise (not) my dog is uneven and has so much hair and gross flakes on him he covers my clothes and my car AND his toe nails are trimmed so horribly they actually broke skin on my child. They raise the prices by almost half and do even crappier work I just dont get it. If that's how they groom my pup I can just do it myself I mean grooming is a luxury and should look it too right? Anyway I'll be going literally anywhere else. Not related to my experience- but it's even better to come on here to read reviews to see if I'm the only one with a bad experience (I'm not) but the kicker is that the owner goes on and argues with the people reviewing her business. People like this should not be in the dog grooming business. Who knows maybe someone will turn them in for their "cash only" business.

Over priced didn't even clean her up correctly. I thought this was a nice pet friendly place but I was mistaken $70 for a full grooming plus teeth clean highly regret it plus a 6 hour wait ridiculous. Never again wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would rate this 0 stars hope this place runs out of business.

My daughter took my dogs there i dint like the service, when I pick them up they still smell like dirty dogs. When I called to ask what they did to them the girl said she shower, clean ears and trim nails , but I don't think anything was done they smell like dirty dogs nails where really sharp . And the price was ridiculous for a shower.

Holiday Pet Groomers did an amazing job on Harley, she usually hates bath time. She is a pit/husky mix, I bring her here because I know they will treat my baby with the love and care she deserves. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Holiday ♥️

I made an appointment for 10 am, and got my dog 5 hrs later with cuts all over her and hair splinters in her eyes. Her nails were not cut on several of them each paw, patches of long fur left all over her body. Worst of all are the spots on her poor face where they sheered her skin off and made her bleed. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this is pretty heartbreaking to see my dog in pain and bleeding, she's never spent this long at a groomer and to come out like this is very sad. I was also quoted a starting price of $65 and ended up paying $130 with no itemized receipt of what she had done. I usually pay $65 for her to be washed, nails clipped and hair cut. I don't know what added up to this much but I'm very upset my dog came out like this and I paid them for it. I do not recommend going here. Very sad to say my dog this way.

Natalie will get me in when I come into town.. no problem.. takes care of all my babies.
