My favvvvvv gym By Far!! The STAFF HERE is simply the BeSt. Genuinely the Nicest people that are always willing to help ensure you have a GREAT WORKOUT. They are always willing to help with training advice, equipments needs, bands, supplements, towels, etc even cleaning an area if needed for you so you feel comfortable and motivated to work out. I Highly recommend checking it for yourself. AC is also a plus! other places I am already melting ? even before starting my workout.

I really enjoy coming to Fitness 19. The staff is awesome and they have plenty of machines. I don’t see youngsters sitting on machines using their phones like at other gyms.

Other than the gym being packed at times i feel safe at this gym and that the machines and equipment are usually available.
I also started taking up personal training and am so glad i got to work with Nate! Unlike other trainers, he works with your goals and starts with a solid foundation, i find most trainers only know about lifting and dont have any other experience. But Nate was able to work on calisthenics and body mechanics with me and am really grateful for it!
