Fast, clean and organized. Make sure to look for the Drivers Entrance on your left as you pull into the lot, kind of hard to see it unless you know where to look. If you're nice and respectful, they might give you a little care pkg. Love this shipper!

It's so rubbish, I waited for 2 hours, the appointment was overdue by an hour, and unloading hasn't started yet.

I got here at 5:45am and was getting unloaded by 6:00 and out the door back on the road by 6:36am.The receiving office was super nice with helping me with a smile after we find out I’m a day early she still got me in the door to get unloaded. Most warehouse would just make me sit until tomorrow but since my load was in the system she just got me in. There no overnight parking so park a block west by a grocery store on the side by the wall . The warehouse opens at 5am

I’ve been here since 1pm. My appointment was at 2pm. It’s already 6:25pm and they haven’t even started loading. There’s other drivers that have been here earlier than me and are still here. This place has such good reviews so that in one day 4 trucks including mine can possibly leave bad reviews today due to bad management. I hope it’s not always like this but at least be straight up with the truck drivers and let us know the truth and don’t have us waiting around for more than 5 hrs. I still don’t know what time I’ll be leaving tonight.
