I took my son here because they have used cars and thought they would help people with new credit. my son purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata with the sticker price 15K on the window. But They said they were going to work with us and lower the price to 13 ,999 because the car smelled like smoke also had front windshield dark tint when we test drove it, we couldn't even see out the window.! we asked if they can remove it before we drove it off the lot they refused and said that's not their problem it would be up to us which is illegal and they should know that . So my son ended up in an accident two weeks later and they didn't want to be responsible for anything then after going over the contract to find out they didn't lower the price of the car and charged an extremely high rate, when my son had a 700 score these people are sharks !! they're only out to screw people. Do not go here.!!

I’m glad they always find a way to help me. Now even my children are buying cars from this family. Thank you Marcos & Jr for helping my son get into his Honda Civic.

Don’t even waste your time here long story short back 2016 I had gotten a 2007 Chrysler 300 for 10k which is complete rip off had hundreds of thousands miles on ended up breaking down and getting repossessed due to non employment, years later the company they finance cars with try suing me for not paying the rest of the car and why would I haha didn’t get a dime from me, i recently went back to see if they can work out a deal on on 2016 impala they had 130k+ miles on the bank wanted 5k down on a car that’s priced at 11k. NEVER EVER do business here your better off at a legit dealership trust!

Prices were cheap. They don't inspect their cars. I bought a car 30 days ago and it broke down on the freeway. I barley purchased it and it needs a whole new engine. The cost of the repair is more than the whole car cost. I was told that the car was not in proper condition to be sold and it shouldn't have been sold. Esquivel just said that is the risk you take and they couldn't do anything but recommend that I fix the car. The warranty doesn't really cover the whole engine.

Please read these reviews before getting screwed over by these scumbags. I got a car 6 months ago and have had problems since. 10k worth in repairs and the car still doesn't run right. Shady business. Bam mechanic is a straight up joke. I went to pick up my car after a week they said they replaced the radiator which they did but the reason for going in was a coolant leak. When I went to turn my car on it wouldn't start. They disconnected the battery so no check engine light would show until I was 20 miles away. Coolant still leaking. This place is a joke not even a 1 star.

Financed a 2007 Toyota Tundra on April 2nd, and the truck broke down on June 15th (84 days after purchase)\nSales manager was hard to get a hold of, when finally got him on the phone I was told to get the truck looked at, let him know the diagnosis and he would help. After testing and raking up a $1000 bill I was told I only had a 30 day warranty or 1000 miles whichever came first. The issue with the truck was pre existing before I purchased it. I forwarded the mechanics diagnosis to dealer and they have gone silent. I had to pay the $1000 to get the truck from the mechanic and still the truck has not been fixed.

Junior Esquivel and everyone at the dealership made this car buying experience very easy for. This is probably the 5th or 6th car I have purchased at Esquivel Auto Depot, I will always be back here for a car

I had a completely disappointing experience with Esquival Auto Depot. The GM and both sales people lied to me. I would give zero stars if I could. Despite being a qualified cash buyer, I was treated with utter disregard and feel discriminated against because I lived out of state. I live in Las Vegas and was trying to buy a used car online for my 16 year old son. It's 2023 so this should be a a pretty normal and easy thing to do but I could not get anyone from their organization to call me back. Nobody would tell me what was required for me to buy the car since I was not local. I've bought tons of cars online before and have never had such a horrible experience or witnessed such incompetence as I did from this dealership. To me this is the type of car dealership that gives used car salesmen a bad reputation. It why nobody wants to deal with them. It's why this dealership already has terrible reviews. I owned the exact same car years ago so that's why I told them I really wanted to buy that car. I explained all this to them from day one and told them I was a serious cash buyer. No where on their website or in any conversation did they ever tell me "the customer has to be present in order to purchase the car so they can test drive it" or I would have driven there a week ago. I've never heard of that in my life. Over the last 20yrs I've purchased about 10 cars online and they have always treated me as if I WAS in person standing in the dealership. I didn't have to sign anything in person, I didn't need to test drive anything and they certainly didn't make me feel like my money was any less valuable. Had I known that was their "policy" I would have driven to Rialto, CA from Las Vegas to buy the freaking car in person if that's the "only way" that they communicate and negotiate with buyers. The most upsetting part is how much time I wasted at work all week trying to get ahold of these people--calling, emailing, going on their website and texting them everyday for an entire week and they refused to call me back. Only to sell the car to somebody else today that needed financing, purely for their own financial gain. This behavior is unprofessional, shady, and reeks of discrimination or incompetence at the very least. When I finally got through to them on Friday I told them I was trying to stay within a budget if possible of $8k but told him to let me know the best he could do so I could buy the car! He told me "having cash should definitely make a difference to get a better deal on the car" but thought only $500 discount which was fine with me. He said, "For sure, let me ask the GM and he or I will call you back with whatever our lowest price is" SO I COULD BUY THE CAR. That never happened. I had to call them back and got shipping all set up to deliver the car to me on Monday (wasting even more of my time) and the guy tells me somebody else is test driving the car and applying for financing. When I told him I didn't need financing and would take the car because I called in first is when he starting lying again saying they "ONLY sell to people on a first come first serve basis that come into the store and test drive the car." WELL THAT POLICY SHOULD BE POSTED ONTO YOUR WEBSITE IN BIG BOLD LETTERS THEN. Esquivel has deceitful and deceptive sale practices if they are making up policies that are NOT posted on their website or told to the customer when they call, email and text them to buy a car. I know they went with their own loan over my cash offer for the same price because they wanted to make more money off of the financing. When the GM finally called me back after I sent about 15-20 messages wasting half my Saturday he lied again and said he actually "lost money selling to them over me."Everbody knows that's not true. Dealerships make $100's and sometimes $1000's off the financing. Nobody is in business to lose money. If my cash made them more money they would have sold the car to me. They b

If zero stars was an opinion, I would've picked an even lower star rating, this dealership will turn off their sensors, so you can drive off with a car you think is good, they cheated me on a car, & know they did. I would tell everyone in the world this is the worst dealership by far. They also know their cars are in bad shape, and fixed it to the point where it can be driven off and once you start having problems it's all on you to fix it, don't get the warranty from them either.

Personally, I really like this dealer. They are willing to work with people who have bad credit and are challenged customers. The cars are good quality and at a great price. This is a very admiring dealer.
