Getting all my craft needs here. My to go to favorite store. Today I was helped by Thomas, the sales associate who was very cordial and has sense of humor. I seldom get checked out by a friendly one except today was exceptional cause looks like he was so delighted to be working at my favorite store . Hopefully he remains here in this location.

Maria was amazing handling the front all by herself. Long line but she was pushing us through ! Greeting customers that walked in aswell as making sure that line was moving.She did awesome. Hope we can get her to motivate other staff !

I walked in at 8:15 to buy some quick things and by 8:27 they were already saying through the speaker phone that they were closed and that we should all head to the front to check out. I grabbed my items quickly and proceeded to the front to check out. I checked out and walked out only to find out this daing place doesn't even close till 9! like why the heck are they rushing people out over 30 minutes before they even close. I get it 10 maybe 15, but 33 minutes!! I still left without getting some of the things I needed because I didn't want to be an inconvenience. Ridiculous!
