Diana is the best at doing taxes.. I have been going to her for about 15 yrs she's always got me the most money on my refund.. very knowledgeable and experienced.. I would never allow anyone else to PREPARE my taxes.. definitely recommended

Horrible service, I went to do the taxes and spent literally 7 hours waiting for my turn, they don't tell you anything, they don't tell you anything, really not recommended...

Do not go here!!!They will steal from your return and talk about some protection plan fee and god know what! They will keep your documents and will not want to return them! They say it’s different totals if you decide direct deposit or mailed umm no?Do not go here!

Went here based of a friends recommendation and while it may be great for them, it was not for us. We wasted time. Plain and simple. We were waiting and information was collected and out of nowhere, we were told to leave for another day because Diana had to "drive up a hill and close easily because of it." Early was 1:30pm, sign said 7pm!She then threaten to call the police on me because I told her I needed all my documents back and whatever information colleced, deleted as she was not going to help us. She refused and threatened to call the police on me again. I left totally embarrassed. If we have any issues with our socials being used for whatever reason, this will be the first place I point my finger.

I recommend this place for taxes ! Honestly there very helpful and friendly ! Diana is very helpful when it comes to this ! It's my first time doing taxes, wasn't going to do because I had low income of the year but she helped me with it ! And it will give me more ! Go here there the best

I did my taxes with Vanessa Herrera and she was really helpful ! Any questions or concerns i had she answered it in a sense will it would help me understand why am I getting what im getting! Thank you for everything Vanessa i will be coming back to her

Turbo tax gave me exactly what I earned and hardly charged me $110. when Vanessa forgot to put in all my information gave me a wrong number and also put everything I pay for on my fiancés expense instead of mine which was odd and also decided to put my child on my fiancés taxes and the funny part is they didn't know he wasn't in custody of the baby at all in that year so court proof will show that she was not under the same roof as him either. They charged him $300. When I realized she was trying to be cute or act like she just wanted to get out of there plus making us wait in her office so she can eat in another room and had crumbs on her desk I just looked around and said I can't do this here It was very unprofessional so I walked out. Now on the other hand Diana was very helpful last year and we thought let's come here every year but we had a very different experience this year. If you do go here I would just ask to meet with Diana directly. Shes very thorough and professional. The young man and lady in the front are great, friendly, and very welcoming. So I wouldn't say don't come here but from my experience I wouldn't go there again unless I deal with Diana directly.

Worst place ever Diana scammed my parents on 2,000 she never wants to show her face !!! They keep beating around the issue and hide or don't awnser the phone !!! She also did not want to give my fiancé his tax paperwork claiming he still owe her $200 when we clearly have proof of paying her !!!

My Hubby and i did our taxes with her everything came out okay. My mom did them with her my mom is a single mother and the fact that she put wrong info on her tax forms and if it wasn't for me not checking my mom would of gotten in trouble with the IRS for wrongful filing. Knowing damn well my brothers aren't in school she put they are so my mom can get extra money. My mom has gone back and fourth with her and won't give her, her paper work to move on with someone else. The only reason why she didn't do us dirty is because my man knows quite a lot and we went over everything. & she did charge us $500 which i thought was ridiculous.
