“I have been banking with Alta Vista Credit Union and became a member in 2009. I have to say that from the get-go- I was treated very well. I have enjoyed a great relationship at both the Rialto and the Redlands branches. There was only one employee that was a bit stiff and brisk in her demeanor- but she didn't last long- and - for the most part- every single teller has taken time with me- even with the most simple transactions. I have had great help with getting things notarized - again- kind and accomodating. On a couple occasions I couldn't reconcile my account and they helped me figure out my error. One employee really didn't have the time to help me and made a suggestions, which I applied and my error was discovered. She had spent more than an hour helping me though- I can't complain about that. I have had a stop payment -simply because my mail was stolen with a ck attached. They were kind enough to waive the fee- Such a kindness! In the beginning, I took on an auto loan- to which I never had a single problem with the account and paid it off in 4 years. I borrowed money a few years ago and again- there wasn't any difficulty in getting the money. I have and will continue to Praise this Credit Union and recommend it to others. I have two friends who opened accounts as a result and they are happy with their experiences. I am sadly moving soon and there won't be an Alta Vista - where I am going. I have to say that I will be very sad to not have them to rely upon. My review is better than great- It is just beyond words. To have a bank in which you can trust and feel confident in how they handle my money is just huge. Thank you Alta Vista for all the years of service to me.”

I also would like the thank Madison for her professional advise on my loans with the credit union, she is very polite and listens to the customer without an argument, I had an issue with the Elmonte branch Mary to whom wanted to correct me as a customer it's not professional to not listen to a customer whom puts their money into the credit union. The new Costa Mesa branch has been the light of my life in the interest of the Customer since they opened that branch Thank you Costa Mesa for your extended courtesy and aide to my business matter and to my family.”
“I read and did my research of local banks in the area before I decided who I was going to choose for my banking purposes. As a veteran, I decided to choose Navy Federal credit Union. The process was fast and easy. I filled out an application online and received an email later on how I can submit documents to be verified. I could have uploaded it online or mailed it, but I am old-fashioned. I like to go in person. I made sure I brought all the documents, made sure the documents are recent and up to date to verify. I walked in and was greeted and let them know what I was there for. There was three people ahead of me. As I sat and waited in the lobby visual layout looks great, place looks clean and employees were professional interacting with other Members. I had the opportunity to have Brianna assist me. She was welcoming, professional, polite, verified my information and gave me my debit card on the spot. Explained the banking information and services and answered all my questions I had. “I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union in Crestline for about 28 years and have mostly had a positive experience. Even though they are going through an upgraded website application change that has had some issues, I give them 4 stars because in every new application, regardless of the institution, there is always a learning curve. The only issue I ever had with my money at this institution was with some bonds I bought from them and which I misplaced. They couldn't help me recover the bonds and that was a disappointment but other than that, I have been treated with the utmost care and respect.”
