They cheat, you will have the worst bank experience ever. I know that so it was for me. I had a settlement I bought Arv sold for 18000 turned it in to them, they put it in their money machine, and it counted out 16000.. I deposited a moneyorder for twelve hundred It's been almost 2 weeks, and I can't even get it cashed in to myself.. I swear if I had a lawyer I would sue the hell out of them

I’m so done with this bank I been at this location for five months out of the 2 times only 2 time the atms work worst never works I’m going back to my last bank and I gave one star cuz I can’t go lower fix the dammmmmm atms so much money and so little service u give ????

I had a very different experience from the various reviews I read. After having a horrible and inconvenient experience with a fraud and prevention member that expected my mother to remember the phone number she had 20 years ago associated with her account, he deactivated her card. The members at this branch I dealt with were very friendly and went out of their way to help my mother with withdrawal and reactivating her card. I wish I had looked at their name tag to recognize their great service by name.

I open up a chase account and it literally took 17 days for the debit card to arrive. I was late in alot of my payments. So I went in to talk to someone about it and it took several hrs. For them to take me in, just so they could say you card will be shipped in the next 2 days so now it was 19 days FOR A DEBIT CARD!
