I don’t have boost but yesterday I was really far from my phone carrier and if I drove to my carrier by the time I would get there it would be closed so I went to boost to see if they could help me. I was having phone issues and was struggling with me phone for days now.At boost there was this really nice young lady named Lifni who helped me out. She not only fixed my phone problem but showed what to do so it won’t happen again. And she didn’t care that I wasn’t from boost, she still took her time to help me out. I appreciate her help and time very much! Thank you Boost and Lifni.

Lifni and Claudia were very helpful. I switched from metro because their customer service was awful but these girls we super helpful and had excellent customer service.

This location is never open on the hours of operation on Sundays. This my second time coming to this location and the store is closed. The sign said they were on a bathroom break for 10 minutes. I have been waiting from 2:15 until 2:50 pm and no one has returned. I called the listed numbers and no response. This unacceptable customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION,!!!!!!

They keep changing the days of being able to with services. At 3 months i wanted to switch they told me i had to wait 4 months. At 4 months I went back and they say 6 months now!
