If I could give negative stars, I would. On 10/1, I visited to transfer my number to a new account but was unsuccessful. The helpful lady said I needed my old account number and to return the next day when her coworker could assist. I came back on 10/2, but her coworker wouldn't even try to port my number and told me I’d have to pay another $100 for a new one. I left and went to another Boost store in Fontana, where everything was handled without any issues. If you don't want to work, just stay home.

Worst customer service ever. First, the store was supposed to be open at 10 am but the girl who works there didn't opened up till10:20am. Second, when my mom got to the counter the girl was being very rude to her.

Great customer service and awesome phones. Best deals around no one comes close. Even when you don't qualify for promotions they can still help you out!
