When you first walk in you're smacked with a gus of heat. I guess the AC isn't working. I came in to turn off my service for my backup phone. I lost it and didn't really need the extra bill every month. The customer rep immediately gave me a number to call.

Hell no I don't recommend this business. The owner and the obese girl behind the counter are doing illegal sim swap hacks without the consent of the customers. I've reported them to the local police, FTC and BBB. I can't wait till they are shut down. I hope they are criminally liable. Scammers do not deserve to do business with the public. Also; YELP, some businesses do not deserve 1 star. I was forced to give one star and that is not a honest score. It's zero.

worst customer service ever !!! the manager is rude and this store doesn't represent boost well. if you buy a phone beware, there is no return policy. i contacted boost dealer services who says there is a 7 day return policy. i have escalated my concern to boost headquarters for assistance.
