No one under 16 allowed. Deal-breaker for me because all 3 of my boys have had their own gym membership with 24hr Fitness since they were 12. Really sucked because I could've walked there. My boys could've walked to that location.

Do not go to this gym. They have given me so many issues trying to cancel my membership, with absolutely no help. They will screw you over to get their money. I've never had an issue with any other gym. Stay away, go somewhere else. Horrible experience, customer service is the absolute worst ever.

I've been a member since May and I really enjoy the gym. The staff is nice and the gym is kept clean!The only slight problem (not the gym's fault) is that recently there have been a few gym goers who live on one machine. They are checking their phone or just sitting there for like 15-20 minutes. I try to be considerate and do my reps and get off. Just wish they would be more considerate.

Clean gym, the equipment is new, staff is friendly, and it doesn't get pAcked compared to other gyms. Only complaint is, like another review mentioned, the gym is freezing cold, it's hard to stay warm for your workout. You gotta wear a hoodie inside during the summer. Other than that good gym.

I just joined this gym a week ago or so.. I really like it , it’s very clean and the staff are friendly but I do have a complain someone broke into my sisters car they broke windows and took important stuff we had there .. sadly the gym doesn’t count with any service of cameras .. it was a very bad experience and as one of the employees there it hasn’t been the first time something happens there, it has happened to others before and I would really appreciate the owner of the gym would take some actions get some camera set or something.. it’s not nice going in and coming back out to a broken car with no evidence , no proof no nothing .. I really like this gym but I don’t feel comfortable leaving the car there now.. I rather join another gym where I know I atleast will have footage of an incident.

Gym said it open at 5AM it’s 5:35 and nobody is here to open the gym.
