25 minutes in line at 11am is insane. Cashier was literally texting at her register. There was only two customers in front of me but there was 4 guest in back of me. I think backup should be called, not start texting.

Out of all the girls working there, there was only one nice welcoming employee that made me feel comfortable. The rest were really rude and unprofessional.

The staff are always nice to us whenever we go. They even led us to Ana, who helped make a skincare routine for my brother which peach and lily products. She was very informative and so sweet to us and so far he's loving the skincare routine!

I have been going to this Ulta location for quite some time & have really debated on putting a review regarding this store, but it's apparent someone needs to. Every time I go, there's a lady named Andrea & she is just a flat-out bully & extremely unprofessional. There has never been one time I have been to this location & her not be bullying a customer by following them even when you can tell that the customer doesn't want to be bothered or harassing another employee. She has said abusive things to her fellow employees in front of customers & will stand with a demeanor staring at them like she is a jail warden. I have heard a few customers call her the B word because of how she acts & say they won't be coming to this store again due to her attitude. One thing she lacks is personal space with people making them uncomfortable. She makes it extremely uncomfortable to shop at this location & lacks customer service, especially with her mouth. Her attitude sucks!!! If someone has an issue with her & confronts her, she flips her head around & smacks her gum while mumbling things under her breath & even cussing if kids are around. It's as though she has no self-control of her emotions. She also talks absolutely horrible about other customers shopping with other employees, making fun of people. I am appalled that she even has a job here, honestly & her bullying others needs to stop. I have witnessed other employees in tears by how she treats them. I highly suggest your company teaches Andrea basic manners & customer service skills. I feel sorry for anyone that encounters her.

I was looking for something very specific - hoped to find it by the same maker. Greeted when I arrived, and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I was directed to an area, but nothing suited me. I went back to the front and spoke to an employee, who then escorted me to specific areas in the store in hopes of finding a substitute item. Success! And reasonably priced. Great customer service, even though the store was quite busy.

I understand that people who look like me may have stolen items from your store before, but not everybody who looks like me is a Thief. And the sad part is it was an older black lady and a younger black teen girl who treated me like I was garbage I just got off work I came to buy a cologne that cost over $100 for myself as a present for myself, and they treated me like I was a thief. They looked at me like I was There to rob the place, Making backhanded comments under her breath about thieves and black people when I only had good intentions. Be careful how you treat people you never know who those people are gonna turn out to be. It just seems like the people who are complicit in my downfall Are usually the people who look like me. Sad asf.

I had the opportunity to have a woman named Kim help me today and she was super sweet,kind and very informative.as curly haired girl I appreciated her knowledge,and if I needed her I never had to go look for her.however when I entered the store I had the woman with long blonde hair follow me around the store up until I bluntly asked for her help when I didn't need it because she made me so uncomfortable. Great job to Kim tho.

I was honestly nervous about the bad review but I did have a hair appointment so I decided to just keep it. Larissa was my hair stylist and she's AMAZING . Her work is utterly amazing. She is a 10/10 . I do have to come back to do more on my hair because I did use the box dye for a while [oops] learned my lesson . But she explained the whole process and honestly it looks more healthier after today. Another shout out to Jen and Chris in the front of the store. Awesome. Super nice. Made me feel super welcome to the store. Definitely coming back
