My husband and I were heading back home when our car shut down. Luckily, we got a jumpstart to make it to AutoZone. Matthew (I believe that's what the associate's name was) was a huge help. We got a new battery and he helped us replace it from the old one. Thank you so much Matthew for helping out our little emergency!

3 years ago a bought a battery and I lost my receipt but Jackie the Store Manager had no problem looking it up and made the warranty exchange without any problem. I buy All my Parts from AutoZone because of their Great Customer Service. Thanks to Jackie and All the Staff at the Rialto AutoZone, Your faithful customer, Jim B.

I recently visited Auto Zone #5626 at 702 East Foothill Boulevard in Rialto, CA, and I must say that my experience there was nothing short of exceptional. I wanted to share my gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding service I received, especially from an employee named Jackie.The store was bustling with customers, and there were only a couple of staff members at the front end, but Jackie stood out with her exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing windshield wipers for my 2002 Nissan Altima. What truly impressed me was that, despite the busy atmosphere, she took the time to teach me how to install the wiper blades correctly. I went on 9/6/23, in the evening after going to an auto zone in Riverside. The Riverside auto zone told me my battery was fine. The Riverside auto zone, only tested my battery and told me it was due to corrosion. So, I bought some grease and then called a friend. My friend asked why they didn't test everything. I wasn't aware that they could so on my way to visit family I stopped at the auto zone in Rialto. I forgot the name of the First Gentleman that helped me but at first he said my battery was fine but realized it wasn't testing correctly. He tried again and it turned out my battery was not good. Another worker named Vincent kindly replaced my battery quickly and I was on my way with my car good as new. I didn't even have to ask at the Rialto auto zone for them to test everything. They just knew what they were doing. Thanks guys for the help!

Jackie went above and beyond to help us. A very rude customer came while we were talking to her and because she was the only person at the front desk she made sure to make it right for all of us. She paid attention to all details and made sure we left with what we needed.
