“Carstar Avalon handled everything for my SUV damage from hitting an animal Valentine's evening. (Extensuve searching did not reveal the animal, so hopefully, it survived.) The staff here were very professional, personable and took care of all the insurance details. The repairs are so perfect, everything looks great. Even more, almost, I was embarrassed because the vehicle was so filthy, inside and out. When I picked it up, I couldn't believe how good it looked - thoroughly washed, vacuumed and wiped down...it really was returned to me looking better than before the accident! I would definitely recommend this business and would return, if needed.”

“Bought a clutch from them many years ago for my International Scout. Mildly built 392, granny 4 spd with a Dana 300 and lockers on 35's, torque eater. Her name is Guinvere, shes big, yellow and heavy.It suffered nothing but abuse from me, everything from rocks to sand dunes to Hill Climb Competition's at Dumont on President's Day. I just pulled it for a motor swap and I honestly can't believe how well it's held up. It's going into another project where it'll suffer almost as much abuse as I gave it. I'd definitely buy from these guys again!”
“Parts are take-offs and you need to inspect carefully. One of the parts I needed was pretty badly damaged , probably during removal, and I declined it. The other parts were as expected. Overall slow, but good experience because they had a part I needed to complete a job. Price is not cheap for the condition of the parts, but fair based on immediate availability. The younger guy working inside the office is nice and pleasant to deal with.”

“The manager, Juan, from store #5214 was great in helping me return my transmission core. For some reason, the AutoZone website didn’t give me a barcode in my email receipt. So Juan called tech and customer service to get the transaction number which allowed me to return the core and get my $600 deposit back! It was also understaffed but he was able to help both his colleagues and other customers while on the phone customer service. I hope AutoZone gives him a raise!”
