Purchased Mopar aluminum heads. They give a ship date and two days later cancelled the order. They issued a refund, then I checked there stock and show over 10 available. I bought on sale and now they want me to re-order at regular price. Not good business practice.

The worst. I bought 2 aluminum s.b.c. blocks that needed major machine work.They wouldn't give me a dime to correct.I spent 7-8k on parts from them.I even called Their c.e.o. Jason K. In Australia. CRICKETS!!SAVE YOUR MONEY,SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

Don’t even bother purchasing any items from this company, they have the worst customer service. Ordered a set of SBF heads early November of 2021, got delivered right before thanksgiving. Ended up receiving 1 sbc and 1 sbf head. Sent back the sbc head and requested a replacement head been waiting since and we’re now in April of 2022. Filed a Refund and return shipping label to return sbf head and they were quick to issue return label but not my refund. Has been approximately 2 weeks since they asked for my PayPal info to issue refund and have yet to hear any update.

Bought a pair of heads an intake which are the worst in the world. I purchased through eBay and I've had them for a year. The alignment of the ports won't eat won't even allow a gasket to seal as well as the push rods will not align up with lifter and rocker arm Without removing a bunch of casting from the head. Heads will not work with another intake and the intake wont-work with another head the mating surface of the intake is so small no gasket will seal it to a head and the center of head ports are off .250

Ordered a set of heads from them on eBay they never arrived eBay can’t help me because FedEx showed they were delivered and FedEx can’t help me because they already issued a payment to the seller and the seller called me and told me they are not responsible for the lost item and they are keeping my money and also got full refund from FedEx

Useless company. Bought 20 sets of LS head studs and was given 18. I have bought a lot of product from them witch is the weird part. They told me they would call me back and never did. Messaged them and they just said they sent it out. Did a charge back and told PayPal they didn’t send the correct amount. They are ran by a bunch of useless employees so can’t really expect them to do a good job. Keep the $100. Seems like you guys need it more than I do.

BEWARE!!Bought 2 sets of rods from AT Racing World via Ebay. I received confirmation my items had been delivered however they had NOT been delivered! I have been dealing with these missing items and 2 other items purchased on Ebay from Speedmaster 79 (I believe this is the same company) for nearly 2 weeks trying to track the packages or to receive a refund. I contacted Fedex and opened a case however I was told by Fedex the shipper had to call in with my case number and "Authorize" the dispute. I tried on many occasions to contact AT Racing World and Speedmaster neither of which showed any concern what so ever to the situation. I did receive communication 1 time from each stating i needed to contact paypal to open a case and that communication was a week after 1st contact from me. I explained I didn't use paypal and told "Jason" again what Fedex said....again no response. I contacted Fedex again and told them the shippers were not cooperating so they said the shippers could send me a waiver releasing them from anything to do with the case...shippers response again days later was contact paypal to appeal....so then i am thinking these people are not english speaking sellers as they couldn't just send me the waiver or didnt understand what i was talking about. Prior to contacting Fedex I also opened a case with Ebay which immediately went no where, cases were closed when Ebay received the delivery confirmation. I also opened a case with my credit card company, I was trying everything with absolutely NO HELP from the sellers! I finally called Ebay and spoke to someone about the issue, they told me I could receive a full refund through Ebays Buyer Protection, I just needed to file an incident report. So I immediately filed a report and drove 45 min. to pick up my report at the sheriffs office, emailed it to Ebay and in less than 24 hours received confirmation that I would receive a full refund for all items within 3 to 5 days! So a HUGE shout out to Ebay Buyers Protection who stood by their word! A big fact ZERO to AT RACING WORLD AND SPEEDMASTERS! What a way to treat your customers! You are like so many other company's with no respect, care, morals or values for the exact people that made you successful. These company's have the same address in California and also a location in Australia.

STAY AWAY! I ordered a power steering pump and the pump I received did not have the low pressure return line located in the same place as the picture shown on their website. I was not able to use the pump they sent because the low pressure line hit my mounting bracket. I contacted the company and they checked their inventory and all the pumps were like the one they sent and not like the one pictured. They sent me a return label for postage and I sent the item back. They did not contact me again and did not refund my money. Thank goodness for eBay and their money back guarantee, they sent me a full refund. AT Racing World is not the kind of company that I want to do business with and neither should you.

They mailed me different springs for my car than what I ordered, then refused to to reimburse me for return shipping after originally agreeing to do so. I am now out of $80 CAD and can’t seem to get a reply from anyone within this company.

I ordered pro comp aluminum head top end kit for sbc it showed up with the wrong size head gaskets there mistake they refuse to send the right gaskets that I paid for until there warehouse can get exchange label I've been waiting for 9 nine days I still have no label and the wrong size head gaskets I've contacted them at least ten times they don't care if you spend 1000$ or not they have no interest in righting there wrong very poor customer service
