Sorry I had to come and give a negative review on this lady, so rude with costumers for no reason. I ask for help instead of helping she start questioning me why didn’t load the gas. Diffidently she older than me but talking to costumers rudely I think not nice at all. She was not only rude with me she was rude with almost everyone like “everyone go to that store stole”. ARCO should take action against misbehaving with costumer. They should hire people who can deal with costumers not yalling and misbehaving.

Car wash has broken down the last two times I’ve gone. The last time, it literally stopped working mid-cycle three times!! I also left with swirl scratches all over my pickup!

the old mexican short man was rudly talking about my items with the other lady working today at 12:30-12:50 pm!! they asummed i didn't speak spanish!!! i am mexican myself and extremely fluent!!!!! this man is rude and it's extremely unprofessional what he did and the things he said and its not ok!!!!! i have years going to this location and this same old man is always rude to people and today he did it to the wrong person because i will not just stand there!!!! he looked confused when i told him no need to speak about the customer in front of him at all!!!! so unprofessional and they never do anything about it!!!! get that mans attitude fixed and all his stupid negative comments to himself!!!! so ridiculous!!!!

Arco usually has the best price and lots of pumps to access and it also has a lot of convenient snacks, food and drinks amongst other usable items for the road.
