Where’d did David go!!! Gino is terrible! He has the worst customer service I have EVER run into. I just went there to make a purchase and the card reader wasn’t working , and he kept telling me my card wasn’t working cuz it said it was getting declined that I had no money and he yelled it for the whole store to hear!!!…. I know it wasn’t declined because there was no balance , it was declined because both card readers where you swipe your card are unusable , so your employee is going to be telling tons of people today , that their cards are getting declined. What’s even more rude, it was a coffee for .99 cents , he could have just given it to me for the inconvenience, but didn’t! I’ll be telling every one I know to avoid that ampm.

It's super easy, you walk in, get what you want, pay for it, then leave. That was my experience, not much to say about they guy behind the counter, he was nice. It was really busy, so I understand why he wasn't very talkative. Not much more else to report

Go to buy beer at 1 am and the store is locked shut and the cashier says they are closed until 3 am. California law states that you can purchase beer, wine, liquor until 2 am, seven days a week???? Whats the issue, feels like a violation of the legal law??

The latinx woman that cashiers here is a complete B. She refused to use a coupon that was specifically for this am pm location. And laughed with her coworker about me trying to use a coupon. Also the store charges you to use your debit card. Ridiculous

I stopped here to get gas today. I started pumping and gas started pouring all over my car and the ground. I took the nozzle out and readjusted it and started pumping again. The same thing happened again. I pulled the nozzle out and the pump continued to charge me. I couldn't get it to stop. I decided to put the nozzle back and it finally stopped. I went inside and the employee told me I needed to talk to another employee but he was on break. He walked up a minute later and said I would have to talk to the manager tomorrow. I told him that was unacceptable. He was on his phone so I went outside to get my wallet and phone and he came out to my car before I had a chance to go back inside. He said the manager wanted to talk to me and handed me his phone. She said she wasn't responsible for the gas that spilled on the ground and I said that was fine, but their pump continued to charge me and I wasn't pumping gas. She said the pump was trying to catch up because my tank was full. I told her that was BS because my car was only half full. She told me she wanted to talk to the employee again so I handed him his phone. He hung up and said they were going to give me $5 of gas. I said fine and the guy went inside. I stood there about 5 minutes and he never came back and the pump wasn't working so I had to go inside and find him. He said I could go pump $5 in gas and I said ok but I needed to finish filling up my car but I didn't want to pay another 35 cents to use my atm card. He said the manager would credit the money tomorrow. I told him I didn't trust them to do that. It wasn't about the 35 cents but the principal of the matter and the fact they treated me poorly. So because I wouldn't comply with paying the fee and hoping for a refund he told me to pump my gas and leave. So that's what I did and I went to another gas station and finished filling up my car. So if you don't want to get ripped off more than you already do for gas don't stop here!!

There's an elder Sikh man at the front counter, the epitome of the rudest person I have ever encountered at an AmPm. Never have I ever had an adult man yell at me and my spouse for no reason, other than his exasperation. He asked me to put my food (hotdogs) down on the counter and because we may have reacted a little too slowly for him, he then tried to grab my purchase out of my hand and place it there himself. When we said we'd appreciate it if he didn't handle our food with his bare hands (that has been handling filthy money with) he proceeded to say he doesn't care if he touches our food. He then slammed his palm on the counter very hard and became somewhat irate.
