This is the second time I've came to get cookies and coffee somebody needs them teach somebody how to use the oven or redirections cuz apparently they don't know how to do none of the above this is the second time I've gotten raw cookies cookies when you're done are supposed to be golden brown not white you can even see the raw dough I don't know how well the picture came out but terrible, this time I'm taking a picture. I wanted to get me a little bite to eat they don't even have the little containers to take jalapeno and onions with you. I don't know how to upload the picture.There ain't no way in the world am I going to call you. You got the pictures you got my review, that should be enough. I got the cookie today...

Went there before I hit the gym ask what time they close the store because I wanted to come back and buy some alcohol. Came back at 10:30p and doors were lock. No sign up saying Im at lunch, break or bathroom. Waited bc I also need to pump gas and only had cash. She comes out cleaning stuff and tell me had signs she they are closed

Absolutely the worst place and gas station you can buy snacks food beer and gas! The Employees that work here are very Disrespectful, there not helpful .

Gabriella the most uneducated rude cashier in any am /pm I been in . Brought a cup for a refill showed other worker some other old bag cleaning when I walked in. When it came to pay Gabriella wouldn’t give me refill price. She said I have to show her I told her I showed the lady with broom The lady with broom said I never showed her n started yelling in Spanish when I said you didn’t remember me I’m only one in store and raised cup in the air to show you n you said yes . Then she said I showed her. Gabriella went in saying you come in here you have to show me. I told her how am I supposed to know who’s who you all have in same uniform . And threatened me and told me that is gonna charge me full price . Am/pm corporate if you see this you need to train Gabriella on some people skills Show her some business code of conduct videos. Because she is not fit for a cashier .

By far the worst gas station I’ve come across. I get out late and every time I stop by it’s closed yet workers are inside. Again today at 10:35pm doors are locked and lady inside sweeping. I politely knocked on door and asked her when she is opening and she just looked at me and pretended I wasn’t at the door. Last time I stop at this AM/PM. Their are other gas stations that would love the business.

I'm pregnant and have gotten ARCO has since I was 18 (I'm 27 now) Begged to use the restroom to an employee and a manager because I am 4m pregnant and cannot control it. Second AMPM I visited on my way home from work that said no. She basically RUDELY told me to screw off even after I begged to buy something or offer her money, I was desperate. Ended up pissing myself. So humiliating. I have always gone to arco's for gas. Never again. Your employees are rude and have zero sympathy. Lost a customer for life. After a year short of a decade I will intentionally never go to an AMPM or ARCO service again, and I will be getting home and reaching out to corporate about this and visiting the store for the name of the manager. That is insane.

THIEVES!!! Employees try to pocket CASH!Paid 20 cash the pump stopped at 13.00 went to tell the cashier she pulled my money exactly the 7 dollars from the side of the register told me she’d put the rest to pump I went back to the pump nothing went back in and asked for my money. My money that they were trying to steal and act like they put it for the pump!BEWARE WHEN PAYING WITH CASH!!!!
