I came to America's Best in Rialto because I was referred here by a co-worker, being that I mentioned to her I wanted to test out contacts. WORST experience ever!!! I've had to come back for 3 different eye exams just for them to say I'm a "Special Case". After going on Saturday 1/13/24 for my last follow up they sent me home with a prescription on new glasses I cant even see out of. We gave up on contacts since they couldn't get my prescription right. So I settled with new glasses. The lady in the front told me to take them home for 2 weeks to see if I adjust. How can I adjust if i can't even see clearly out of them?! I paid for the exam & the glasses, yet I'm still using my 4 year old expired prescription glasses I got from Lens Crafters. America's Best in Rialto do not value their clients. They did not go the extra mile for me. Instead they sent me home with the wrong prescription. Save your time & money, go somewhere else!

I've had a horrible experience at this place. The workers are actually extremely nice and polite, but honestly, I went there to get glasses that worked not to hang out or have a conversation. I've had so many issues with their glasses. I've had to go get something fixed 5 times already. Like prescription was giving me issues, lenses where loose , glasses had a chip on them, and even now, the last glasses I got from them are giving me issues. I'm tired of having to go back to fix something so I'm just going to go buy a new pair of glasses somewhere else.

The lady at the front desk is useless highly understaffed customer service is not their goal will not come back here again. I asked the lady at the front desk how much do I need to wait to get my glasses she gave me such a blank stare as if I asked her for her social security number and told me she couldn't give me a time frame waste of time !

Don't buy any upgraded glasses from them. Employees are not qualifyed, not helpfull and try to brush clients off. I baught an expenssive pairs, bifocal progressive lenses with anti reflective treatment. they cost over $400. After 16 months I could not see with them. Went back, they said these glasses are not from our store and repeated that few times, I insisted it was from them. Then she found the order but the glasses were damaged by sun can't do anything because were out of warrantee. . She said we can order new lenses will cost is $220 with one year warranty, that means every year I have to order new pairs.

Horrible service. I was the 2nd person in the store without appointment. I was looking for a specific size eye glasses frame . I verbally noticed the staff specifically what I was looking for and needed to try on a frame that was looked up. I patiently waited for the appointments to be checked in and still I was ignored. The staff member with keys who said she'd unlock frame made eye contact with me and proceeded to communicate with other staff members she had to clean unused frames first. Horrible!!! Horrible service. Not to mention two (2) other's came in complaining about the prescription glasses they had picked up were not of any good use to them b/c the prescription wasn't or didn't match the consultation results

If I could give no stars that would be my option. I had an APPOINTMENT at 4pm. Arrived at 3:55pm (with my 8 month old) I wasn’t seen by the Dr. Until approximately 5:15pm. I then waited to order my contacts. I walked out at 5:55pm!!! Can you tell me what the point of an appointment is????

Personnel were great, choice of frames were limited then not happy at all with glasses. Took back and still not right! Won't go back to this location.

I was in need of contacts for my son was shopping around for low prices and insurance acceptance. Called this place first thing I asked if they took my insurance which they stated they were out of network and full benefits wouldn't apply, which I was fine with. After they told me the price of the contacts I let them know I would rather be going to Sam's Club since they had a better deal. Alicia who I was speaking to then told me they did price match with Sam's Club. So I headed over to the store was there for 2 hours to be told they could only do one or the other. Either go through insurance or price match. I could have saved myself so much time and hassle it was very unpleasant. Went to Sam's today they took my insurance and they had the best price. Paid almost nothing compare to America's Best.

I've been wearing readers for awhile and started a new job and decided to get an exam and buy a pair out of pocket. I hadn't started my new job yet but I knew I had vision insurance. I decided to schedule an exam and new glasses. My insurance covered the exam but didn't cover the frames and lenses. I called America's best was told yes we do accept your insurance as well as other prescriptions. I went in and picked out frames and they told me to allow 2 weeks. They were very helpful and so nice. Once I got my glasses and began wearing them, something felt off! I thought I just need to adjust to the new ones. After 10 days I called and explained something was wrong. I scheduled an appointment for an exam and had no problem paying out of pocket since they didn't do the first exam. Sure enough they were too strong! So I ordered the new lenses. I paid for the new exam and ordered them. When I got home I compared the prescriptions and discovered that they were different! They replace my lenses since the first one was wrong, not even their fault! And they didn't charge me for new lenses. The ladies that work there are so nice and very professional! The Dr. Was very understanding and so nice! The new ones are perfect! I thanked them because I knew they didn't have to do that!!! I'll be seeing them from now on! Angel, Angie and I'm sorry I didn't get the young ladies name that greeted me were great! I've worked in customer service for 40+ years and since the pandemic some businesses use that as an excuse for poor customer service! So nice for a change!!!!

First time visit and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by very cheerful ladies. I’ve only been wearing prescription glasses less than 2 years. I’m not experienced so I was nervous. They accepted my insurance and Angie was very helpful getting me set up. Explained everything to me. I will be returning from now on for my eye exams. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

I had a great experience. I had eye test with Dr., Then helped by Naele....she helped me pick glasses, really pleased with her kind help with finding the right look for me... Can't wait to get my glasses ?Very pleased ,Great job, everyone.

From the moment we walked in at Renaissance, Rialto, CA location, we felt welcomed by the staff, Lollie was our direct rep but all the girls were great. We did not feel, rushed;They just offered help with any Concerns we had. Clean with a/c . The bathroom was well supplied and clean too. Dr Edward’s is WONDERFUL!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to getting my glasses. Right from the start I was greeted promptly and politely. The pre-visit tech was kind and patient with me. Dr. Cam was awesome and very thorough. After my exam, I had the pleasure of dealing with Michele, who was also patient with me and let me try on various styles of frames until I found the perfect one. Needless to say, I highly recommend this business. I will refer my friends and I will be back.
