I have not had a positive experience with American Building Supply who contracts with Window Fits who contracts with Lowe's. My installation has been cancelled twice due to the door that I purchased being defective. The first time the door was returned to the factory due to a crack. The second time the door was returned to the factory because it was warped. I can understand a product being returned to the factory once, but twice is not acceptable.

Came in to unload on a Friday morning without appointment, and was unloaded within 30 minutes. Robert the forklift driver did a dam good job unloading. He didn’t leave a mess inside my trailer.???
