In this place I recommend to the consumers check your propane tanks and get your receipt all the time because I get two tanks and one of them is damaged so I can’t use I paid $26 dollars for the tank but when I came to the 7 eleven the guy said if you don’t have receipt I can change so when they asked if do you want receipt said yes gets because this is why they asked ¿do you want receipts?

Pregnant wife really needed to use the restroom and they denied her. I ain’t getting gas here. Don’t give this place your $$$. These guys have a crummy track record of terrible customer service and has even tried to skim customers credit cards, they even go as far as to sending people a bit.ly phishing/scam link on negative google reviews in order to steal customer data. This is literally scum of the earth 7-eleven Run by unethical zero moral scammers (absolutely no surprise here)

When they make a mistake, YOU have to foot the bill. Paid $40 for gas I didn't get due to their "technical problem", but instead of transferring the money I already paid to a working pump, I had to pay TWICE and then wait for a refund. Thankfully I had enough money to do that, or I wouldn't have had gas to pick up my husband and kids from the airport tonight. Now I'm dead broke until the refund is processed. Who knows if I'll even get a refund, because I have little faith in their ability to even do that. Now the rest of the week I'm screwed until I get that money back. If they make a mistake, then THEY should wait for their refund instead of making it my problem. I don't have enough money to literally pay for someone else's mistake.

I've encountered terrible customer service here. I entered looking for a mango Arizona and a fruit punch Arizona. There were none in the fridge so I went to ask the cashier, Rahul, if there were any Arizonas. He replied, "can you go check?" And pointed at the fridge. I told him I did check the fridge and found none, which is why I was asking him. He then stated that he could not go check for me.

The cashier puts in his phone number and they steal the points and charge a different price for the selected price Malboro cigarettes. They charge it at the normal price. The fast food, the pizza is old and they told me that until tomorrow they will talk to the manager to change it and It was night and I couldn't eat it that day.

Be very careful when purchasing anything and always ask for receipt’s. Several times they have a promotion running and they don’t discount you. Also always slow and uncaring.

Be careful and get your receipt when you have completed your purchase. Some of the workers have a tendency to keep the change and habitually try to manipulate the correct amount that is suppose to be tendered back. For example, if you go and make a purchase for some beverages and snacks while using the change for fuel, the cashier will enter an amount that is not equal to what is suppose to be given and will keep the remaining amount. Those amounts range from a few cents to a few dollars. I suspect that at the end of their shift when the register is tilled, that the excess is kept in their pocket. It happen to me where the math was shown to them, but, by not keeping the receipt because you need to ask for it or they will throw it away, it became a lost cause and my money had been stolen by this employee of 7-11. Fool me once and shame on you, fool me twice and shame on me. Not anymore.

This 7 eleven is horrible. They have listed prices that are never accurate. They always ring up for than the asking price. I always ask to speak with the manager and they always look at each other and say he's not in. This place is so annoying. The Arizonas supposed to be $ 99 and it rings up over $2.00. Take your business elsewhere. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. Be careful with the gum too. Cheapest says $1.99 but I found them to always ring up at $2.99

Customer service was horrible. Had to wait five minutes for them to stop having their own conversations with staff in the front before acknowledging they had a line of customers when I finally got to the register, I said hello the cashier he ignored me and was very rude.

I will NEVER go to this 7-eleven EVER again they skim cards EBT cards as well the first time it happened they took $1000 from me cash off my EBT and then this time they charged me twice of the same amount and then another charge of 120 totaling just about $200 in SNAP. To top it all off they are rude . So please if you do go to this 7-eleven please use cash only. It is just completely wrong what they are doing at this 7-eleven stealing money from people

I have never been to a store in the world that will not give refunds or exchanges too min after you walk out and found out thay give you the wrong thing till I went to this store and I have been all over the world.
