The gym is pretty ghetto, especially the locker rooms. Always super dirty, especially the showers, the hooks don't even hold your bag at all, my bag fell into the shower completely and my phone broke and got wet. Surprise surprise. Raymond in the front couldn't care less, was super rude, wouldn't give me any manager information, absolutely cancelling my membership as I've already been stalked all the way home by a man from another location. What the hell is wrong with this gym

The guy at the front desk Raymond yelled at my girlfriend about her membership app not working. This place is really not good for women at all, dirty, dark, and dangerous. The parking lot has barely any lights at all and she's already been uncomfortable coming here because she was harassed in the parking lot and tried to tell the manager about getting security and was completely blown off. Ridiculous. Go to EOS.

Just signed up a few months ago, one of the workers convinced me that this gym was cleanly and that any repairs were fixed efficiency on time. I paid a full membership and sadly regret it. The paper towel racks are never full. The steam room is disgustingly no one cleans the dirt, tissue, and hair from the floor. The TVs have been out for at least 2 months. The jacuzzi needs repairs that almost takes half a week. When my contract with this gym is over I will be sure to find another gym. Please read other people's reviews on google or yelp and not purchase a membership with them before you make your decision like I did.

it is always super busy machines are always taken.. no matter if I'm there at 8am, noon, 5pm or 9pm.. I drove to the one in rancho it's like 15 min on freeway..its empty more newer equipment... yeah I guess it's a drive for me but atleast my pre-workout out won't go to waste waiting on machines to open up

I like group x classes ! It's a perk all the gyms should have . This particular one only has one yoga instructor who teaches only one level . There are no Zumba classes ! What ?! Really no cardio whatsoever ( say body combat or step or even aerobics ) No elder classes Zumba gold etc and THE LIGHTEST GROUP CLASS LINE UP I E EVER SEEN ! Body pump and yoga are it . Period . That is insane . Those classes would be full if you had them instead we have to go to other gyms . Fontana Super sport and Rancho have the classes . They're too far . Bring on some Zumba Rialto ! Some cardio kick box . Some Body combat . Level up to an evening yoga ! Please !!!! ? You have the space , bring in the trainers !

To say this is the absolute worst 24 I’ve been too would be an understatement. For the amount of check ins this place has the gym should have at LEAST twice the weight equipment I’ve been here at 11 am 2pm and 7pm & it’s always PACKED with lames & try hards. A bunch of spoiled disrespectful wanna bees who have 5 sets of dumbbells, there stuff “holding” there spot on benches & free weights. I must see at least 7-10 people every time shadow boxing. This is the biggest location in the area so you get people from Colton Muscoy San Bernardino Fontana & Rialto. I can honestly say I’ve never been around so many lame ahh mofos.

After a hiatus from this facility, I started going back recently. There is a noticeable lack of care for the equipment and the cleanliness. Some of the cable pulleys stick and don't adjust easily. There are areas around the dumbbells and benches that stink. The sanitizer and towels to wipe stuff down are occasionally stocked. The floors are dirty and dilapidated. I only really go into the locker room to wash my hands before I leave. The place stays fairly busy even during working hours. Most patrons I've interacted with there are polite and courteous, so that's a plus. The employees are usually just sitting around rather than checking on things and organizing weights and equipment. Unfortunately, it's one of the few options in the area. It gets a 3 because it gets the job done but is by no means a well kept gym.

Brooke, is fantastic I highly recommend her if you come to this gym. She got me and my husband going on a great membership (the platinum). She made joining up a great and easy experience and was very thorough about everything. Dylan my fitness coach is great. He really helped me understand every exercise and went into detail on how to properly do the workout and what muscle it’s working out. He took the time to understand my goals and surpass what I expected from a fitness coach. I Love 24 hour fitness!!!!

It’s disappointing to see the gym I used to go to in such bad shape. When I visited recently, the equipment was dirty, the dumbbells and weight plates were scattered everywhere, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. It’s a shame, because it used to be such a great place to workout.

So I just called this 24 hour fitness today. The date is the 13th of October. I called because a lot of 24-hour fitnesses are closed at 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. on the weekends which is weird because why are you calling yourself 24 hour fitness if you close at a certain time. Anyway, I called this establishment here in Rialto and the nicest person answered and her name was Brooke. She informed me that they are never closed and she told me about the amenities that they have at her establishment. I just want to make sure and let everybody know. She is so nice and she has a great professional tone and she definitely deserves praise. My home gym is the one located in San Bernardino, but I think I'm going to make this my home gym just based off of her customer service.

This gym is across from my house and remains disgusting no matter what time you come they have an excuse for how dirty the gym is ... however instead of selling more memberships maybe keep the clients that already pay to workout there happy ... the sauna and steam room will give you foot fungus even with your shoes on ... gross

Front desk is left unattended. Unable to get any help or purchase any items, stood there for 10 minutes and not a single employee came by, couldn’t find them either.
