Just let people know at this branch they are not open on Saturday's. Just confirmed it with a bank teller in person. Saturday's & Sundays' are closed....otherwise I'd give it a 5 star. I never had a problem with this branch. With transaction I had took me 10 mins.

Very bad customer service last week my dad made an appointment and it was today in the morning when we came in the security just looked at us weird and then he came up too us asking what do we want , he didn’t let us wait for anyone else and he seem mad

in line for 30 mins and got in the window with new teller and did not know what to and there is no supervisor to help her. i have to wait for a supervisor to help for over 15-20 mins. So I spend over hour for a transaction should only take no more than 10 mins.This not the first time for this branch been so slow. AVOID this branch location if you DO NOT MIND to wait.

Very SLOW!!! Not sure why they talk TOO MUCH with every customer and talk about personal things instead of helping ppl quickly! It's good to communicate and be friendly but only if it doesn't waste other ppl's time! Not a good management and ALWAYS Long lane and waiting forever...

Went in sat for 20 minutes. There was a guy sitting next to me who had an appointment at 330pm. They didn’t even get to him, or even ask him to give them a couple of minutes.. to be honest he was kind of rude to him. I left after that and seeing the tellers lollygagging. There’s a reason I haven’t been banked with this bank in YEARS and today was an easy reminder not to.. glad I didn’t open an account lol especially knowing the history of Wells Fargo!

Worst bank! The lines are always long. There are never more than 2 tellers working at once. Once you need to talk to a manager, he/she is never around.

Been in line for 55 minutes and it looks like there is more to come. 43 people in line, 17 gave up on waiting. This is a catastrophe waiting to happen: tellers that make mistakes and needed to be fixed by the manager, they are confused and disoriented, people who can't stand and run away. A shame for WF. Need to close the branch, and direct people through other locations.

big branch but the worst service and managermost of Bankers tables nobody work ati ask the manager to talk on Speak with one of wells Fargo advisors to help me on urgent matter on the phone but she refuses and nobody's was at branchand she was not busy at all but not cooperative i think her name was Naomi

The staff was enjoying small talk instead of helping the clients. The fact that they were having the conversation in front of the customers was not acceptable at all. That's why I go to Bank of America.

I was at the branch for deposit. We had more than 7 customers waiting but there is one teller open. I had to wait for 20’.

Horrible branch! Whenever I come it is ALWAYS long line and only 1-2 tellers. Never faced with such a bad bank service. The only option left is to close my account and change the bank, will be done soon.

Every time I come to this branch I get disappointed with the big line standing waiting for an hour to see the bankers because only 2 tellers are working in front to help the people one person fall down standing for so long in the line ( they have to take this matter seriously or close this branch

I've been coming here for over 3y now. The employees are amazing. But the management needs to hire more people. The wait time is extremely long, over 45min every time I go In.
