Honestly these are great people and your car will always be in good hands here! I'm very satisfied with their work and if I were to ever get in an accident again (crossing my fingers that never happens), I'll be bringing my car back here!

They worked on my car here after it was hit on the rear. The office was keen and knowledgeable about the insurance process and helped me through it. It was great to have my car back and better within 2 weeks!! I will be bringing my car here for any future work.

VIP has done it again. They always go above and beyond with their work and customer service. They fixed some scratches and a broken tail light on my Audi and it came back looking brand new. They gave me my car back with a fresh wash, and even put some gas in it because I dropped it off low. Laura was great through the whole process working with my insurance. When it was time for my car to be picked up Luis came to get me, which was so helpful because I couldn't get an Uber to my place in the canyon. I will always trust and use VIP for all of my needs. Thanks so much!

I had a minor fender bender in my mini cooper that cracked my rear bumper. I thought it was going to be a lengthy process, but they were able to get it done in 2 days. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They told me my car was going to look brand new and they were right. I can't thank them enough for making this such a pleasant experience! I will recommend them from now on.

These guys are the BEST!!! I brought them a wrecked car and they made it brand new again!! It drives like a dream. They worked with my insurance company and I'm just thrilled. It's hard to find quality work these days, but these guys deliver!!!

Got a used car that had a lot of scratches and deep scratches on the rims. I took it to VIP and they cleaned up the rims perfectly and I had them paint the rims black. Everything came out amazing! They had great communication throughout and they also had a really good price. So happy I took my car here!

I choose not to leave a review just cause the owner was so kind, but unfortunately my car looks worst than ever. I have a 2022 Lexus NX350h, This shop charged me $550 for a deep scratch repair on my car and the black plastic platform (my car was hit at a parking lot). I was satisfied with the results at the shop, but I looked further into it once I arrived home. I immediately noticed white paint in places where there shouldn't be (pictures will be attached) they also damaged the bottom of my platform when the bottom DID NOT need to be repaired, only the top side was scratched NOT the bottom. I ignored their mistakes for the past 2 months until I washed my car recently and realized the paint they used to cover the scratch on my platform has now faded away. It looks much worst than before. I don't recommend this business, sure it's cheaper than adjacent businesses but you'll be paying more money in the future repairing their mistakes and damage.

Where can I start, VIP collision exceeded my expectations. My car was involved in an accident and the damage at first looked un-repairable. I asked around at numerous places and a lot of the places gave me long turn around times of 1.5 months +. Jesus and his team were able to get my car fixed in 2 weeks!!! The car looks brand new as when I first bought it off the lot. I have already started to think of future projects to work on with Jesus and VIP Collision since they do everything =). These pictures speak for themselves.

We had 2 cars that keyed in our neighborhood, multiple deep scratches, on entire side of cars. VIP was great from that start, once I filed my claim with insurance, they handled it from there, Laura was great, & explained everything, all work was done beyond satisfactory, they did a great Job with both cars & did work as promised & in timely manner. Highly recommend, & would use them again if needed.

I needed the front bumper replaced on my RAV4. I shopped it around to a few repair shops in the neighborhood. Not only was VIP the cheapest by a couple of hundred dollars, but they also promised -- and delivered -- the shortest repair time. I dropped my car off Monday morning and had it back, exactly as promised, on Tuesday afternoon. The other shops said it would likely take four days, which was a significant additional expense since I had to rent a car during that period. VIP also arranged a very discounted car rental for me and even dropped me off at the rental company. They were terrific in every way! I'm especially appreciative of Luis, who was incredibly warm and friendly, as well as a highly skilled repairman.
