Stay away from this car wash. The guy in the front will try to sell you Armor All under your seat. I paid $70 for a hand wash, and when they called me to say that my truck was ready, it had water spots all over. I tried to talk to the manager, and they tried to clean my truck again. At that moment, I found out that they use Windex to clean the truck. I’m not a professional, but I don’t think Windex is good for car paint. ??♂️ The manager and the staff don't know what they’re doing. Please DON'T GO TO THIS CAR WASH. You will be disappointed.

The prices are not what the signs say and they charged me $10 more because my car is a Toyota Sienna and they didn't clean my car well and I tried to explain to the owner . don't talk to him because he is rude . What they do is you speak quietly and they tell you in a harsh tone to be quiet and that's enough cleansing for us.

So impressed and happy with my wash & wax. I was promptly greeted by the nicest woman, the entire staff was hardworking and super cool & polite. My van is from 1973 and hasn't looked this good in years. They did an incredible job detailing every part of the vehicle. And they were the best price BY FAR compared to others in the area. Quick service, friendly & professional this is my new spot forever.

I've been coming here for at least 7 years and today they said my car was too dirty and they recommended to have it washed by hand!
Of course the price would be $29 instead of the $22 I usually pay.
I told them I didn't want the hand wash and the lady said they couldn't wash it.
I am never coming back ?

This is the second time I had to leave.
I’ve been coming here for the last 6 years to be exact. I’ve been loyal to this car wash never gone anywhere else.
There’s a new guy giving out the tickets.
This was today 6/3 around 2-3pm. I decided to give the guy another chance and no, big mistake.
My car is always dusty because I have horses so the cars need washing weekly. With that said there’s no point in getting a 200 dollar car detail.
Both times I went he’s forced a detail. Both times i explained there’s no point in spending that money when I do ranch work all day everyday.
Then I said just a regular car wash please just wipe the dashboard and cup holders nothing fancy. The guy said no we don’t do that unless you do the detail. Forcing it again. He got upset because I said no and I said respectfully you know what I’m running late for my brothers birthday as is forget it and left.
Sad because the drive in car washes are taking over. Hence why I support this business. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back. I hope everyone else gets better treatment.
I hope the owner sees this review and speaks to him.

I will never return to this car wash again. Today I heard the owner talking rudely to a client. She asked why the car was washed so poorly and why there were different prices for different brands of cars, if the car wash was automatic for all types of cars. He answered her - if you don’t like it, don’t come.By the way, my car was also washed poorly, although I left a tip.There are so many different car washes that I can choose for myself next time.Here the rude owner here has no respect for the customer. It's a bad job here. It's dirty here.I don’t recommend going through my experience; it’s better to go elsewhere.

I would not recommend this car wash at all! My experience was extremely disappointing, making it the worst I've ever had. When I called the owner to let him know about his staff's behavior, he was rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening, he tried to shut me down and defended his staff, saying that what I paid for didn't include things like vacuuming the cup holder. Even though I gave a good tip, the staff still didn't do their job properly. Despite bringing in two cars for cleaning, both the inside and outside were still dirty and dusty. These problems show serious issues with customer service and how they clean cars. They need to fix these problems to make sure future customers have a better experience. When I told the owner about this, he didn't seem to care and even boasted about being in business for over 40 years. Instead of trying to improve, he tried to blame me and said I shouldn't complain because I didn't pay for a detailed cleaning. No wonder his business is slow and doesn't have many customer as it used to.

If I could do, zero stars I would. I took my car here to get cleaned and they didn’t even do the inside of the car. They tried to upsell me, and when I said no, I think they just said screw it we’re not washing her car. When I called to complain, they told me to bring it in and when I showed back up, it started raining so they closed down. They didn’t even open the trunk to vacuum

I’ve been coming here for years but the last year or so it has gone downhill. Wait in line too long to get served and wash is not as good as before. With the rise in price it would be easier to have a service come to the house and wash the car. Wish I could be more positive as this used to be my go to place!

The owner is so rude, and the staff is unprofessional. I have been going there because I have a big car, and many car washes can't wash it because of its size, so I had no choice. After two-plus years, I am done with them. They broke my windshield viper, and the owner yelled at me instead of apologizing; they left my car dusty and dirty. I always paid extra for rims and tires and spent a minimum of $5.00, with a total wash of $45.00 - $50.00. I tried to show it to the owner, but he said they are not supposed to do it, and if I don't like it, I should go to a different car-wash, all I can say is "Grait customer service".
Conclusion: I found a mobile car wash guy who will come over and wash it for the same money at your place. Since I have two more cars, they gave me a discount for the other two cars. I will ONLY support and spend with businesses that care and are respectful, not like this "owner."

Absolutely horrible customer service from the male who runs the car wash. The cleaning employees are kind but the person who runs the place is rude. It was 25 minutes before closing time, so he kicked everyone out the lobby and made them wait out in the cold. How is it the customers fault that they took too many cars or can’t manage their time? I call that greed.
