I just purchased another vehicle from Rami and his wife Basma. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz Gl for $9,000. My monthly payments are $200 and I put $1500 down. This is a family owned dealership: Rami and his wife Vasma are nice people. The man Pedro who works their is very knowledgeable and polite.

Very polite In. The start of the interaction. Once I took the car for the test drive. Kept rushing me to come back. When asked about the car when returned was responded rudely and with attitude. On top of that took the car to my mechanic was told they cleared all the censors to look clean. Overall very rude

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!..... Recently purchased a vehicle, and after just two days some check engine lights came on. I reached out to informed them, being that I am still under the 30 day warranty that they would do right and take of me the CUSTOMER. NOT! The owner,is refusing to take accountability for the vehicle which again is still under 30 day warranty. This place deserves no business.

Huge regret. They've had the car 15 days out of the last 24 because the car has issues and they won't fix it. Kept lying saying it's a GAS CAP like other reviews! I wish I never ever got a car here. I have been compensated NOTHING and wasn't offered a loaner car until day 15. If they make things right I'll update my review, but given what's happened so far, I know they won't. ****Update**** After expressing my true frustration, Rami admitted that he understood how I felt and took the car back, and had it diagnosed at the dealership. Turns out it needed a new hybrid battery. He advised me of what it needed and let me know that it would take awhile for get it fixed. It took about two weeks, but he got it repaired. He updated me frequently and because of the inconveniences he offers to start fresh with me and revised my payments to start 1 month from the date that I got the car back from being repaired. It has since been two weeks since I've had the car back and the check engine light has not come back on. He has checked in with me to see how everything is going and I appreciate that they ultimately did the right thing. So even though it has been a rough start, I am updating my review to 4-Stars since they did try and do the right thing. I truly appreciate that.

We bought a car from Valleys best auto sales in Reseda California we purchase a Chevy traverse we pay cash 13 K they only gave us 30 day warranty after two days a check engine light came on Remi told me to bring it back that he will take care of it but he never did he took it to quick repairs two buildings down from him and they just remove the check engine light and they're liars there a scam artist they're there for themselves not the customers please I advise you for you to purchase a car from Honda not from them don't experience what I experience their mechanic Jose he's a rip off as well I paid $1000 to get the car fixed in Northridge GMC don't buy a car from them they're horrible sincere Gabe....

I purchase a car from them three days later the check engine light came on I called them to let them know but they seem to already have known about it and didn't let me know when I purchase the car they told me to take it back that they were going to fix the car I took it back and the check engine light came back on like four days later they gave me the runaround and said that they fixed it but they didn't and they don't want to fix it because now the 1 month warranty has expired do not purchase a car from them they are selling lemons
