Gonzal and Tristan were both very helpful guiding a package through the USPS system that got hung up in the Phoenix Distribution Center. Once it arrived at the Reseda location, it was quickly put in the hands of the recipient. Thank you both for your help!

The postal staff were helpful and terrific. It is the cleanest post office I have ever been in. I shipped a package to northwestern arkansas. It got there quicker than sending it from northwest arkansas to there. I do like the ground avdtange service.

The folks that work here are sadly so unprofessional. I put the wrong label on a few small biz shipments, they returned my boxes, no big deal, was an honest mistake. I covered the areas on the boxes that had the wrong info, dropped them off. They sent them back today with a snarky note saying "we know this is the wrong box." WHY? Why go to all that trouble to be rude over a BOX? I fixed the issue, it's not going to happen again, they could have just processed the boxes. Please do better. It takes so little effort to be kind.

I was lucky enough to encounter the sweetest staff working here. It doesn't really matter how the reviews for these kinds of business go (I hope), but in case they do I wanted to just highlight the service here. These workers are efficient and want to get you the help you need. I have been coming here to pickup some packages that missed me, and I have never had a real issue here.I have yet to use their services in terms of sending mail, but I do see that they have a very straightforward system in place for people who are sending mail out.I did have difficulty using the USPS website to reschedule sending a package to my address, but honestly it was much better just going in person to pick up. That is why I don't think technology will ever truly replace us. A person will always be valuable to a company.

First time visiting this US Post Office. The Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean. It seems they have limited parking. Public parking is available on the public street.

I’ve had good experiences with my money order needs and envelopes, those are the only two reasons I come here. I usually go during non peak hours, so everything goes well for me. Employees greet well and handle everything I need. Thanks! ?

This post office has taken over the northridge post office that closed. They cannot handle the overload of mail. I'm experiencing this everyday with difficulty getting my mail as before, including not receiving a VALUABLE eBay bought item. My regular monthly check is always late also. Be on guard and aware of this post office.
