I’m livid with this the people at UPS store location. I’m moving across the country and I sent a bunch of stuff by moving truck. I discovered there was some artwork left behind , that my wife had made, that she wanted me to ship. I told the people at the UPS store that I was in no hurry and wanted the cheapest option, they quoted me a price of $400. I accepted it because I didn’t have much choice. Later that same day I discovered a second piece of artwork, and when I went to ship it, I was quoted a price closer to $100 by a different clerk. Same box. Same size. Even heavier in weight. I was extremely upset that I had been charged so much earlier, but I was offered no refund or even an apology. I just told by the owner that I had made a bad choice earlier.

My mom told me she went to this store while I was at work to drop off an important package that had a deadline. She has cancer unfortunately and was very weak at the time. She asked the young lady at 9am on a wednesday morning july 24th to bring in the heavy package for her and she turned down my mom saying it’s store policy to not go out the store but I mean this woman was weak and very sick so I think corporate would definitely prefer their employees to not turn down sick cancer patients. She said no with a smart *** smile. I recommend firing this employee as she has 0 sympathy and no human kindness towards sick cancer patients. I hope she realizes how awful she is for doing that to a sick woman just trying to get an important errand done. Put yourself in her shoes and imagine being turned down for a simple harmless favor considering she was parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR.

Ghazi and the other team members were very helpful and patient with my needs. I went in to get some stuff printed for promotional purposes and it came out exactly how I needed. I highly recommend this location!

Thrift store charge me $3 for use a piece of tape and then charge me $5 to print the layout I don't know if that's it's the right or not

Been here a couple of times before. I had to print out some documents for work related purposes. The young lady at the front Jenny is always courteous and helpful with a nice attitude. I have also had documents notarized here before as well from Daisy. Always nice and polite very helpful. Thank you, ladies for your assistance. Always make my time smooth and easy!

I come here once in a while to return stuff from Amazon or ship out a package, and the people here are usually very nice. Despite that, it seems my last two returns didn't go as planned since Amazon is now telling me I sent back a different item. After further investigation, it seems that the two items I returned in the same visit back in the end of April got mixed up. One was a large battery and the other a cheap paper and foil bag, with the paper bag being sent back as the battery, and the battery just disappearing.
Thankfully, Amazon managed to fix the issue since I've been with them for so long. I am only writing this to recommend that everyone makes sure to get the little return confirmation slip that prints out no matter what just in case this happens to you. They usually ask if you want it but I usually decline but now I know to be safer.
