“Definitely open when you need them. Went twice, first on Xmas Eve and second New Year's day. First time I got a young woman she was pleasant. Second time was man in his mid 40's(maybe). Not so polite or knowledgeable. I asked for matches and he said they didn't have any. Which I highly doubt. But whatever. They were open and the place is packed with plenty of stuff to look at and buy. Bought a pretty good small bong for $26ish.”

“I went here a long time a go in 2006 and came back the other day. I got a water pipe for $30 and it came with a stem and bowl and the lady threw in a free extra bowl. I didnt spent much time just asked for the cheapest water pipes and she showed me some older ones for $20 and $30 in different sizes. Good selection if your on a budget and the service was nice.”

“I went in to buy a quick gift for a friend. The store was uncharacteristically quiet for a change. I walked in and I met Brandon, the clerk, and was immediately greeted with a warm smile. I planned on spending a small amount, but Brandon is such a good salesman that I left there spending more than I wanted, and bought myself something nostalgic, but I got quality products and a fair price.
