Was worried about break ins but nothing happened while I was renting at this place. Clean, temperature control, different units with different sizes indoor and outdoor and they have a little flat car you can borrow.”

“Frank was really great helping me get setup in my unit! Super friendly and honest. Took the time to really explain everything to me and show me around. Units and halls are super clean and feel very safe. They really take care of their clients including coffee and water! Carts accessible and easy to pull right up and unload into the elevator lobby. “It started from the top down, Jose was amazing on the phone as I was calling for a last second scramble for space. Nicole stepped in the next day to finalize my space and did everything online. The 3rd day I came to load up my space and realized I needed another 10 x 25 and Francisco and Jose made it happen...and even got me within 2 doors from my original unit/space. So it made my $400 an hour unload go quickly! Extra Space Storage has my great recommendation.”
“Excellent outdoor storage facility. Not only was it incredibly easy to get started with them, but it was also easy to change units when I needed a smaller size. Security is great, location is great and easy to access, and I always felt my items were safe and protected. Would have kept using them if I didn't have to move.”

“Aside from the very nicely improved exterior, the garage unit that our company operates out of is extremely spacious, nicely paved, and in a great location. the storage lot where we keep our vans is all we need, we have a large spot and a few smaller ones that work perfect for us. Huge shout out to the manager Mina for always keeping us up to date with new openings and lease options. Communication is awesome with her and she's very attentive and knowledgeable with any and all of our needs. On behalf of the RepairSmith team, thank you Mina and the Nova team for helping us keep our company running smooth.”
“Kansas facility about a month ago was not hassled or pressured so I decided to get a unit two months later. gentleman was very nice, courteous informative. He took his time throughout the whole process and explained every thing thoroughly they even have hands-free access to the property . I would recommend this place definitely and yes, Azazon and I did get one myself”

“Erick , the manager, at the Extra Space storage, in my area is the best. I now have 2 storage units there. I have spoken to other employees and they are nice too, but I have a repor with Erick that's been for years. He always helps me out, is always kind, polite , and accommodating.It's a bit pricey I'm going to be honest, the bigger units anyway. However, I haven't shopped around so maybe they are competitive. I recommend the ONE I have unit(s) at anyway.”

“There are two Golden State Storage locations close to where I needed a storage service. I called the one slightly closer to me (I won't name that location). The guy on the phone was somewhat rude and practically hung up on me as I asked some questions. So, not wanting to do any business with that 1st introduction, I searched for another storage location. That's when I found Golden State Storage on Sepulveda. I am so happy I did. When I spoke to Peggy, she was kind and friendly. She gave me all the information I needed without any problems. She had all the paperwork ready for me to sign the next business day. I met Sarah who was also amazing. I purchased a lock from them and was shown my storage unit. It was a simple and easy process. This facility just had some renovations completed which included a new security system, repainted office and a new rolling door on my unit. I am very pleased with the 4 months I have kept my belongings in this facility. Peggy and Sarah are true professional and run a great ship. They helped me thru a difficult time in my life as I transitioned from one place to another. I am happy to write this review and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for someplace to store their belongings long or short term.”

“This review is based mostly on the front desk gentleman. He was extremely helpful and professional when we came to find a unit on very short notice. He showed us several spaces and explained everything well, no rushing. I have never rented a storage unit so I had a lot of questions. He was kind a patient, even though we had our toddler with us fussing. The buildings are clean and secure and there is plenty of parking. The elevators are big too. The hours are good, you can go until 10pm, many others close at 6pm. Had to take off a star for the yelp promo being a bit shady. "half off 1st month rent" should apply across the board, or if it is for "select units" then those should be posted and updated. Otherwise, it was a good experience.”

“Angelica Gutierrez was the most helpful , accommodating employee/manager that went beyond what any employee I’ve ever met to really genuinely help us out. You can feel what a good person she is and how she went out of her way when she didn’t have to . I can’t express in words how wonderful she was towards we wouldn’t been able to do this without her .
