I have been a customer since 1992 because the owner is very responsible for the job that he does. The prices on all repairs are much cheaper than any other place that I have checked. I have recommended Richie's Auto Care to a lot of my friend and they're happy about it too. Affordable, reliable and responsible is how I describe Mr. Edwin.

This is not a honest business. I was referred to the tow truck driver and this business by a friend. They told me everything would be taken care by the insurance company. When they found out that I have only had liability and bodily insurance, they referred me to a lawyer of theirs who suggested that I claim I was in the car during the hit and run when I wasnt. I did not feel right about doing this. When I tried to get my car out of this shop they tried to charge me 1400 dollars because I would not go along perjuring myself to the insurance company. I explained to the guy that I was a college student and could not afford 1400 for towing the car and keeping the car for 4 nights. He refused to do anything about it, even though he have not taken any step to fix the car. I never agreed to pay any storage or any type of fee. They made me pay through cash and said to me you cannot pay using your card. VERY DISHONEST!!!!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

My experience was absolutely fantastic. I was treated with respect and given information about what had to be done and the work is soooo well done. Extremely pleased with the great work and the low prices. My car was nice and clean when it was returned to me. Im very greatful that i have found this place that they care for your car just like their owns. highly recommend your service to anyone.

These people are running this business to scam poor people. They also commit insurance frauds. Such business establishment shouldnt even exist. These kind of people should be brought to justice. They deserve punishment for the wrongful acts they do.
