AMAZING! Had to get my bumper fixed from a guy backing into me. So glad we had it done here. I dropped off my car on Tuesday morning and it was done by 2pm next day. Now that is service. Highly recommend and if I ever need them again they will be the first ones I call. 5 stars all the way.

These guys really went out of their way to make sure my car was in good hands. Eddie and Benjamin were so helpful when it came to answering my questions and keeping me fully updated on the progress. My car came out beautifully! The alignment was set back perfect and the paint looks amazing. You can’t even tell it’s been in an accident. Thank you so much Reseda International for doing your very best . I love my BMW.

My family has been using this location for years. The manager Eddie is friendly and easy to work with. They have repaired several of our cars, and we have always been happy with the service. I just got my Mustang fixed after being heavily scratched and a little dented in a parking lot. They had to repaint almost the entire quarter panel. I picked it up today, and you would never know it was damaged. Excellent job! I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

I, highly recommend anyone to Reseda International Collision, because Eddie will take care of your needs no matter how simple or complicated it may be. I took my car in the morning to get serviced and Jose was able to work on it right away with no problems. Jose did an AWESOME job ! Reseda International Collision takes care of their customers because I was able to get to work on time. The shop has great values and I will continue to call Eddie if I need more work done to my car. Thank you !!

From management to body men everyone at the shop was super helpful with the whole process of repairing my vehicle. Eddie went a extra mile with my vehicle to make it brand spanking new. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends, family and etc. Reseda International is definitely going to be the shop I take my cars in for all future repairs. Eddie even took care of extra repairs out of his own kindness for damages that weren't part of the claim just to secure that customer satisfaction. Amazing shop, hasn't let me down.

I took my car here because the insurance sent me to this body shop. My car stayed for a week when I picked it up and was ready to leave the shop. I noticed there was a crack on the wind shield. I asked to see the pictures from the inspection to which there was no crack no mark no nothing. I had called the shop multiple times before to see the status of the car and they did say they noticed some engine problem with my car but never mentions the wind shield. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!

This place was referred to me by my insurance company and I couldn't be happier. They made things super easy and did a great job. I had a tiny bit of damage to the front end of my 2015 Lexus SUV. When I picked it up, I noticed they also cleaned up my headlights because they were super foggy. They cleaned them! No one goes above and beyond so to say I was shocked is an understatement. I dealt with Eddie and Alaina, and they couldn't have been any nicer. Reasonable prices and honest people. I have been telling my friends all about this place should they ever need repair work. Highly recommend.

A few months ago I was hit on my passenger side by a vehicle, this is the shop I was told to go to and honestly can't express how grateful I am for Eddie, he did such an amazing job in attending me & my car. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Also helped with the rental meanwhile my car was being serviced, and out of the kindness of his heart took my car to the car wash before returning it to me. Highly recommended

My repair was supposed to take weeks and instead took months. I was told repeatedly that the car would be ready tomorrow, or the next day, or the next week but I was endlessly jerked around. When it was finally done, I called to confirm the pickup time. Then I called to confirm it was ready. I was told it was sitting waiting for me. When I arrived they said they had to go get it from the car detail place. What happened to its sitting waiting for me? They just say whatever they think you want to hear. I would never recommend this place.

Under no circumstances would I recommend Reseda International Collision Center. I was hit by a teenage driver who ran a stop sign, causing front end damage to my car. My insurance company encouraged me to use body shop from their list, which I regret everyday!!! I went to this body shop, got estimate along with estimate to do some additional work while my car would be with them for repair. I had other estimates and asked manager if he would meet price. He said yes, I asked for revised estimate on this additional work, manager got very defensive, asking me why I needed it, I kindly said, for peace of mind & to make sure we are all on same page. Finally was sent, was not same scope of work, I questioned him again, he again was very defensive, came up with reasons that made absolutely no sense. Finally got us estimate with correct scope of work. Fast forward dropped car off on a Friday & was very clear need car back by Tuesday, 11 days later. No problem was the response. I called toward end of first week they had car & manager not available & no one could give me update & they were very rude & unprofessional. Finally, someone called back & said parts not in (had car almost a week & had only ordered parts few days before. Needless to say, car was not completed on time and took an additional week. In addition, manager refused to complete non insurance claim work they agreed to do. Nasty, unprofessional, rude & arrogant are just a few words to describe this body shop. My insurance company would not back me up since it was not part of the accident claim.Day after I finally got my car back, headlight they replaced was not working, they sent someone to my home to fix next day, was broken & had to replace and did not have the part, could not drive my car at night for a week. Then a few weeks later fender they replaced popped out and had to be fixed. Clearly this body shop provides poor workmanship, are unprofessional, nasty, arrogant, condescending, dishonest people, not anyone you want to do business with.Service: Body & Trim

I am at a loss for words. This experience has been the worst I’ve had in a long time. Bad follow through. Items promised but not followed through. Constant issues after. I’ve since taken my car to a reputable company that had to replace everything Reseda supposedly fixed. Do your homework. Most of the reviews are done by reseda friends and family. Reach out to the actual people that had issues. It’s easy to find them. Get the facts before you take a financial loss.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
