First of all - I am NOT related to Armen, nor was I asked to write this review. I was referred to Reseda International Auto Body by a great mechanic and shop owner in the same area, and again - by one of my friends. Since both were very serious and trustworthy people - I had little doubts to begin with. I brought in my Mom's Accord, and told Armen that it was more than just a car. It was my Mom's car. Chatting with him, while sipping coffee in his back room - I already knew we were on the same page. But what I saw, when I came to pick it up, was really STUNNING. At the sight of a BRAND NEW CAR, sparkling clean with dressed tires, I and my brother got very emotional! Not only did they fix the damage, but they also fixed all other little and not so little things. When I asked Armen how much I owed him - he dismissed me with a smile. I can tell you, folks - this shop, Jeff and Armen in particular are a true community treasure! Armen is a great American and he is charged with that Great Armenian Spirit, that was forged in 1,000 years of suffering! Thank you, Armen, and the gentlemen, who worked on the car!

Armen is so helpful. He takes pride in his work and does more than what's asked. He works quick, too. Before I came to him, I wouldn't trust my BMW with anyone else. It's so hard to find a good, honest body shop. I've found that here at Reseda International and I will happily refer my friends and family here. If I have a problem he can't fix, he happily refers me to someone who can and makes sure I'm taken care of. Thanks for treating me like family, Armen!

Was referred to Armon, the head honcho at this location. Armenian dude. Super cool. Has handled the repair of my BMW 750 LI from start to finish. His staff is super professional and helpful as far as keeping me up to speed as to where my repairs are at and what stage we're in. It takes a little while to get the job done. If you have some mid level damage, you can expect to be without you car for about 30 days but when you get it back. She's going to look brand new.
