These guys are crooks. WATCH OUT FOR THEM! My vehicle was towed here immediately following an accident just this past Wednesday (by the way they're in collusion with Buick to bait & switch your car Buick calls you at the sceen of the accident saying "Is everything ok? We see your car might have been in a collision & we are sending a tow truck from one of our approved centers, it's free so don't worry)! This is when the scam starts and your vehicle is now taken hostage until you pay the EGREGIOUS invoice they've calculated. For me I was charge $555 for a tow of 5 miles, they charged me $390 daily storage (average storage for a reputable service center is $200-$235) my total bill from: 12-14-22 -12-19-22 was $2,610. This shop is opearing unethically, I've already reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well as filing a dispute with my bank

These people make their business out of towing vehicles from accidents to milk victims of all their money. They sent out a tow technician stating that they were sent by insurance company and that no fees would be charged. The technician provided a receipt after the request of the cop stating that there were no fees. These people are dishonest and down right terrible. They harassed and charged a ridiculous fee after the accident. Please if you have triple A make sure to call your own tow truck and store your car in a garage at home if you have one. Avoid these people at all costs.

this is the worst place to rent a uhaul they are closed on sunday and had one job...put the f****** key in the deadbox out front. they didnt. its not 3 hrs on hold trying to find a ley to this truck and i cannot wait until tomorrow, because we're moving!!!

Ben and his staff did excellent work and they were great at communicating what's going on with our vehicle. Their workmanship was awesome and they put new life into a tired old Lexus RX 350. The collision damage miraculously disappeared and they blended the pearl white paint perfectly.

Stay away from this Bodyshop, big rip off. The Owner "Ben Gabbay" after he agreed to fix the car with an agreed fee,he billed much more. He is very dishonest and cheats with clients. Be careful to do not be the next victim.

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Five Hundred which had only one previous owner, no accident history, and only 46,000 miles on it, from Star Motors for a fair price that they were willing to negotiate. In addition to finding such a great car, they let me bring the vehicle to a third party mechanic for full inspection before purchase and were more than happy to replace a faulty seatbelt buckle sensor for free. Benny, the owner, and his team are friendly and fair and, as far as I can tell, run a clean business focused on customer satisfaction and fair deals. I highly recommend!

They are lay to people they tell me to sing some paperwork for estimated my bad that I not check and read properly so they want do the job because they want to collect the check and fix it whit not my authorization bad experience they also don't want to release my truck Because they want to collect they're money terrible shop on my experience

My car had a loud grating noise emanating from the front wheel. I was referred to Star Motors by a different mechanic who thought I may have an issue with my front wheel bearings. I came to Star to get an estimate, anticipating a repair that would cost several hundred dollars at the minimum. They took a look at my car and identified the problem within minutes. And what they found was a problem that could be resolved for $50 in less than a half hour. They did the repair immediately while I headed down the street to grab some food. I think it speaks very well of them that I came in and specifically mentioned a high-cost repair, and instead of screwing me over, they not only fixed it, but did it so quickly. I will definitely be back to these guys.
