Absolute stellar work the people at Precision Auto Body do. Highly recommended. I had a water leak on my BMW from an Insurance claim that happened a while back. They put me in a rental car, repaired the leak made everything right hassle free at no cost on my end. They even retouched the hood of my car that had sun damage. The people at precision Auto Body really do stand behind their work and honor their warranty. No wonder the cars they work on exceed six figures and above. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and colleagues. Thanks guys.

I am very impressed with the quality of work performed in my BMW X3. Their shop is very well organized, from front desk to office & inside the repair shop doing their excellent job, especially Clara & Jose, who have helped me explained the detailed process of repair. Horrible service. They told me my car would take 6 weeks and it took nearly 3 months for the repair. They also did a very poor job and I had to take it back to correct it (there is no quality control), which took even longer. They only wanted the job and promised it all and then delivered on less than half - they do not care about their customers, nor their cars. The rep never once called or emailed me, I had to check in again and again, with promises made and never kept. The manager was no better. I informed my insurance company regarding all of this. HIGHLY suggest you consider another shop.

I was referred here by two friends and really wanted to like this place. The receptionist was great. However Sara has been unresponsive and confusing. The last things you want to deal with when your precious car is in need of repair! She gave me bad advice in dealing with my insurance company so now they've lowballed me. This may do good work here, but I would recommend going somewhere else.

I took my 2009 BMW 328 Sports Coupe there to have my rocker panel repainted. The panel had been painted by Bob Smith BMW before I purchased the car. Bob Smith had done a terrible job. Precision gave me a fair price and told me it would be done in about 4 days. Short story short, they did a perfect job on time. I will go back there for any future paint and body needs. Avoid buying a car at Bob Smith! Their clean Car Fax failed to disclose paint work on passenger side and rear bumper.

I was referred here by the foreman of Mercedes Benz Encino. Brought my car in for body repairs due to an accident. The staff and owner Juan were very friendly and always in good energy. I did not have to bring in my car until the parts arrived, which was great because it was still drive-able. Juan was very detailed about all the work that would be done and It stayed at the shop for an adequate amount of time. Juan made sure to only use Subaru parts and not after-market, so as to make sure the work would last lift-time, but I still got a life-time warranty which is a weight of the shoulders.
