Tried to park here briefly to get food next door but the MetroPCS employee here got upset due to reserve parking. Another vehicle parked at the same spot and the Metro employee didn’t say anything. Two different vehicles have parked on their “reserve” spots and employee still didn’t say anything. Told my friend to “park on the street” when it’s not allowed (along Roscoe Tampa during 4:20pm rush) . Hire better people or just switch to online services instead of having these sketchy stores with sketchy people. Attached images are two cars parked on their spot, and neither went inside metro. Didn’t think we’d ever be targeted of such behavior especially from a Metro Store.I understand it is reserved, we’d move if there was ACTUAL metro customers.

I can not believe what I witnessed. The male employee verbally abusing two young ladies just for the simple fact of parking in the shooping center. METROpcs this type of BEHAVIOR IS DISGUSTING

Don't buy a phone from these little metro shop places get it somewhere else these guys are a joke got a defective phone they wanna sell me another one half price took it to metro store they replaced it it was defective

Closed yet again I've stopped by this store 4 times and never has it been open . The two women out front smoking didn't even speak enough English to answer why . And it was between 12 and 4 all times

This is the store we visit for most of our service needs. They keep it clean and the people there are always helpful. Recently one of the girls sent me to another that was far for me and could have called them for me instead to get the info I needed about the recent LG phone problems nationwide.
