My phone got stolen with my wallet and 2 days later the tracking showed it was at this store. This is the most petty crime I've seen in my life. When I called they denied anyone has brought it for trading. I am suspecting it's an inside job- please look up the serial number before purchasing!!!!!! Mine galaxy S20+ 5G gray graphite. I didn't have a good customer service experience for several reasons. And the gentleman who assisted me, made an unauthorized payment on my account. I have auto pay set up so there's no need for me to make a payment.

Watch out in this place. They had the phones i wanted so i could transfer from my service to theirs. But they were charging me over $200 more. Pushing me to pay cash or debit. They told me they didn't like to accept credit card transactions over $500. The phones alone were going to be $300 they wanted to charge me $660 in taxes and fees. I went to another Metro to verify their pricing and the people working at the other metro place jaws dropped. The other metro store quoted me around the price i was expecting upper $600 lower $700. This place will scam you. Buyers beware

Worst store ever usually only one customer service rep. I walked in to get new phone service there was only one guy working he was assisting someone I waited 30 to 40 minutes and he was still helping the same person I ended up walking out what a waste of time

This place is ridiculous I bought two phones and a hotspot I had to take in my phones six times in the first 3 days for them to reset my number then the whole time I had my hotspot it didn't work as soon as I turned it on I said I reach maximum capacity when I paid for the most expensive one they had and turned it on and plugged it into the charger how is it already at maximum capacity went into the store today to cut off my daughter's line and the Wi-Fi literally the lady there was on speaker phone with the customer no privacy during that conversation heard the whole thing there was one more of their customer besides myself waiting just for her to tell me that I couldn't no not me she couldn't cancel those lines because she didn't have that access and I had to call customer service even though online it says to come into the store to turn off the service because you can't do it from online and when I called customer service they let me know why I couldn't go into the store and asked for it to be turned off I told them because your customer service that's at the store so that I had a call customer service so you guys can do it online and was told that that was absolute lie so now I'm sitting here calling the number that's on the website and no one's answering and I know it's not busy because I just left
