They were helpful even though they gave me incorrect info regarding my account.\\nHowever they suggested that I call customer service.\\nI did. Customer service lowered my bill by $15 per month.\\nIt was well worth the walk into the store.

One of the honest stores. I got great help here, unfortunately they didn't have the phones i needed, but i will absolutely be coming back and will recommend this place

The guy at the counter was helpful giving me the information I needed even when the store was crowded and busy. The outside needed to be cleaned not the best part of town but I was sent there from another store because they are more equipped to handle tech problems with our devices.

The manager Stephanie was so helpful! I went in for a new line of service and she had me in and out so quick! Was very attentive to my needs. She even told me about a tablet that was on promotion for my daughter and it was a no brainer! Definitely recommend going with her for the best deals!

I went to this location since the one I usually go to shut down. Kevin helped me get everything I needed. He is amazing!! He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I've been a happy customer of MetroPCS for years now and hands down this was the best in store experience I've ever had. I can't recommend this location enough. Thanks Kevin!!

I work on staff at this Metro and believe it to be COVID Responsive. Of course we allow all customers to reserve their rights during the COVID crisis. I came 3pm 1 hour before 4pm closing time Sunday. Kevin was helping 1 person. 2 other customers were in queue. He was polite , nice, reassuring asking customers how they use their phones ( business, pics, social media, family, etc) gauging their needs as they answer his questions. Offering the phones that best suit their needs. Patiently answering all our questions from apps to fingerprint lockins. He spoke both English Spanish. Confident and helpful. Polite. Effective time mgt between 4 customers way past closing time he was calm, cheerful and he solves problems. Excellent customer service

So initially I walk in and I'm offended by the music that they're playing very vulgar lyrics and no apologies when I brought it up I didn't ask Kevin the manager who his supervisor was he then stated that he was the only one other than the owner, I obviously have a hard time believing that this 20 something is the last resort other than the owner. But the real reason I decided to write a review is due to the fact that when I tried paying with $100 bill they then told me that they didn't have change changed and they could only accept my hundred dollar bill if I was willing to accept $17 in nickels not even in quarters when there's two banks across the street and 7-Eleven as well as a grocery store there is no excuse he then wanted to blame the fact they were unprepared to break a $100 bill and provide standard customer service on the coronavirus there's no reason or excuse they can use to not have change they just didn't want to. Now my favorite part was when I walked out and told them I will be here every day until I speak with someone other than Kevin. Both he and Jordan Alvarez who "assisted me" both laughed. Shame on the owner of this business to allow to immature people to run his business and to take care of his customers.

Kevin and Sabrina are simply epic people with extraordinary customer service skills and a drive to get things done thoroughly. I would recommend this particular store to anyone who needs a new phone with concise directions about how their plan works. Keep up the great work guys!!! -Jason
