Lou's could not do the service that I needed on my 1993 Eurovan MV. However they were honest and and quick to answer my call.

I moved to Miami in 1990 back then there was only one VW Lou in the Valley if this is you glad to know you're still the Master of VW's, I remember around the corner from his shop there was a vw auto parts they had two Filipinos brothers one of the was Joey they would send every customer to Lous.

Lou has been my daughter's VW mechanic for nearly 14 years, since she got her squareback at age 16. He has always been a fantastic mechanic, but more than that, he has always been more than kind. He is simply the greatest guy ever. She still has her squareback, but when buying a newer car for her work commute, she bought a Jetta "so Lou could work on it " when service was needed. I very highly recommend him as your 1st choice to work on your VW of any year. Thanks Lou !

Louis has been fixing my car for years. He is the most honest, fair car guy around. He does a great job, is kind and sweet, and won't try to rip you off. I highly recommend!

Lou is the BEST! Disregard what Adriana (Yelper) is saying!! I couldn't recommend a better VW mechanic! I've been going to Lou for almost 7 years now, and he's looked after my 1973 Squareback and I've never had such a wonderfully running car. Now that I have a MINI Cooper, he's still more than capable of taking care of my car, and most importantly he's honest and helps you save money! I'm excited to have Lou take care of my car again!

HAHAHA VOLKSWAGEN SPECIALIST MY BUTT!!! DON'T GO HERE!! EVER.I brought my Eurovan to this place, due to my oil pressure sensor going off consistently. I mentioned how I replaced the sensor recently and he said I need to replace the other sensor on my car rather than actually taking a look to diagnose my car properly. I expressed my concern for it being a larger issue than the sensor just needing to be replaced, and he reassured me that my car would be fine to drive and sent me on my merry way. So I left thinking my car and I weren't in danger. Little did I know I had a huge oil pressure problem. The fuse to one of the fans blew out due to how big my problem was. The other fan was working extra hard to keep my car calm. I took it to another mechanic in Glendale and they told me I almost blew my engine out. I ended up having to pay double of what I would've had to pay, due to this inconsiderate man not taking a moment to check my car. If you love your car as much as I do you'll never take your car here.

Lou's been servicing my dad's car for a few years now so he came highly recommended. I'm one of those suckers that's been going to the dealer but mostly because my car was under warranty for maintenance for the past four years. Well, I just had my car serviced with Lou and couldn't be happier. Super honest and straightforward guy who tells you what you need and most importantly, what you don't need! Oh and my car isn't a VW and neither is my dad. Lou knows all cars!!

Fantastic! Over the years, Lou has done routine maintenance as well as major & minor repairs on my various cars. VW, Mercedes, BMW and Nissan. The price is always fair and the work is always top notch. He is brutally honest and has no problem suggesting various options appropriate to the situation. He has never let me down and I am happy to recommend this shop to everyone on Yelp.

Met Lou over ten years ago from a buddy that worked at a retail vw parts store around the corner. Despite never owning a VW, Lou has still worked on my various (Honda, Ford & Mercedes) cars throughout the years. Affordable prices. Trust worthy. Will give you options of the least expensive option/solutions or the standard options/solutions depending on your budget. Single bay shop and no employees allows him to charge exactly what it takes to get the job done.

Lou is amazing! My check engine light was on for years and I had taken it to 3 different mechanics (and spent thousands of dollars) and no one had any idea how to fix it.... until I was referred to Lou! He not only fixed the problem (at a VERY reasonable price) but he made sure the engine/light reset and made sure I'd pass smog. He went beyond the call of duty. He's truly the best of the best. His shop is an hour away from where I live but it was well worth the trip. I will forever go back to him and refer everyone I know to him.

Nobody knows as much about any kind of car as Lou. He's also fast and most important -- HONEST. I can't recommend him enough.
