Dealership sold my daughter a car with severe frame damage. In addition,my daughter is Austistic and wants to believe in mankind. But theyHad no empathy and wouldn’t put her in a safe car nor give her money back.Don’t buy here if you want to feel 100% safe and treated with integrity and honesty. When I told the owner that the fender fell off they replaced it with another cheap piece of material. Also, stated “People get into car accident’s everyday”. I was shocked and realized that he just didn’t care.

Bought a car from here a few years back. First off, when we test drove it, the sales person realized it didn't have any floor mats and he told me he would have somebody put some in before I drove off with the car if I purchased it. He also realized while showing me the vehicle that the Power third row seats didn't work, and told me that if I purchased a vehicle they would fix them there I just had to bring the car back at some point. I bought the car, financed it through them, through Royal finance company, but when I try to reach them later for the floor mats and to fix the third row seats, the first time I got through I was told they were too busy and to try another time, after that I was never able to get in touch with anybody there again. By phone or email. Within a couple months the car started making a strange noise and overheating. Again I couldn't get through to anybody there. Still not sure exactly what was wrong with the car but eventually it overheated and completely melted parts of the engine, which had to be completely rebuilt for $6500 (the car itself was only around $9,500). Still was never able to get in touch with anybody from auto Gallery. Flash forward to six years later, The car has been paid off for three And a half years, just bought a new car and was going to trade in the one I got at auto Gallery but I couldn't find the title. Thought maybe I lost it so ordered a duplicate title from DMV, but in the meantime I decided to just get rid of the car for $550 because at this point it's on it's last leg and I have nowhere to store it so it's parked on the street. The guy comes to write me a check and get the keys for the car and it shows up with that royal finance company is still showing as the lienholder for the car because auto Gallery never let them know that the car was paid off in full. So I was given two options, I either keep the old car, parked on the street where it's going to get tickets, attempt to contact auto Gallery who never responds to me anyway, try to get them to release the lien on the car so I can sell it out right, or I could give the guy the keys right then and there, let them handle the lien issue, but only get 250 for it, so in addition to all the money auto Gallery cost me by selling me a car that was broken in the first place, promising to fix it and then ignoring me, than the fact that the car wound up being a lemon, six years later they are still costing me money by holding my car hostage with the lien. I just wanted to be done with it so I gave the guy the keys and took a $300 loss because of auto Gallery. They've already cost me thousands, what's another few hundred? Avoid them at all costs.

The salesman Gino tried to impress me with how they had the car's engine detailed. Once I lifted the beauty cover it was still filthy. There was never an air filter change nor a coolant change. The headlights had to be replaced because of an obvious accident they never disclosed. The license plate had the evidence to prove they had front end damage. Be careful of their gimmicky attitude especially when they start talking to each other in a foreign language. I'm a smog tech so I am able to make all the repairs and was able to improve from 21mpg to 34mpg and the car was and still is in decent shape.

This dealer promised to fix cosmetic damage on the vehicle and upon arriving to pick up the car I saw that it was not repaired and he gave me a bunch of excuses as to why, Also I asked him if there was anything else wrong with the vehicle and he lied saying that there wasn't but the screen stopped working about an hour after leaving the dealership. He also told me that the vehicle was detailed and all the fluids were full but I found trash in the center console and an empty can of soda under the passenger side seat and the tank was under 1/4 of gas. Stay away, terrible and dceitful service.

First of all I want to say is that if the price is to good to be true, it is to good to be true. Found a suv here and I went to go check it out. Before I test drove the car, I wanted to play with some numbers. Got the price and the monthly payment I was looking for. That is why this place gets a 1 star. LOL Yes I know there is no zero star. I test drove the car with the salesman and after I test drove the car, I saw the temperature gauge reach to almost the H level. (meaning the car is over heating) There was white smoke coming out of the engine and coolant dripping out of a gasket and the salesman had the urge to tell me its from the chemicals they used to clean the engine....like GTFO! Also whenever I was at a stop light the car will shake dramatically meaning the motor mounts are shot. I told him about the motor mounts/shaking and he had the urge to tell me that he didn't feel anything. I thank him and told him I'm ASE certified. I later check to see if the car was sold and sadly it was. The person who bought the car got ripped off.

Friendly, professional, good quality vehicles. Genuinely cared about my situation and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Oliver and Sassan were so kind that it made buying a car and having a car payment not so scary for a single mom. My car was my dream car and I recommend this dealership to anyone.
