I was referred by a friend to this auto body shop and I could not be any happier! Matt had great Customer Service , he made sure to respond in a timely matter. Overall, extremely happy on how my car came out. Looks like new! Thank you to everybody that helped repair my vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

I have gone to Lab Auto Body for multiple years. They are a small family run business, Always very kind and helpful to everyone. I went in representing a very large insurance company for a number of years. I am retired now. Nothing was ever an issue or any argument. Everything was repaired as estimated. Many additional unrelated repairs were also done at no extra charge to the vehicle owner. These are the kindest people that you would ever hope to meet. I don't need to say this and they have no idea who I am at this point. I just felt that I should post this anyway because it is the right thing to do. The vehicles that they repaired always looked great.

Got a used car that had a lot of scratches and deep scratches on the rims. I took it to VIP and they cleaned up the rims perfectly and I had them paint the rims black. Everything came out amazing! They had great communication throughout and they also had a really good price. So happy I took my car here!

I choose not to leave a review just cause the owner was so kind, but unfortunately my car looks worst than ever. I have a 2022 Lexus NX350h, This shop charged me $550 for a deep scratch repair on my car and the black plastic platform (my car was hit at a parking lot). I was satisfied with the results at the shop, but I looked further into it once I arrived home. I immediately noticed white paint in places where there shouldn't be (pictures will be attached) they also damaged the bottom of my platform when the bottom DID NOT need to be repaired, only the top side was scratched NOT the bottom. I ignored their mistakes for the past 2 months until I washed my car recently and realized the paint they used to cover the scratch on my platform has now faded away. It looks much worst than before. I don't recommend this business, sure it's cheaper than adjacent businesses but you'll be paying more money in the future repairing their mistakes and damage.

Where can I start, VIP collision exceeded my expectations. My car was involved in an accident and the damage at first looked un-repairable. I asked around at numerous places and a lot of the places gave me long turn around times of 1.5 months +. Jesus and his team were able to get my car fixed in 2 weeks!!! The car looks brand new as when I first bought it off the lot. I have already started to think of future projects to work on with Jesus and VIP Collision since they do everything =). These pictures speak for themselves.

We had 2 cars that keyed in our neighborhood, multiple deep scratches, on entire side of cars. VIP was great from that start, once I filed my claim with insurance, they handled it from there, Laura was great, & explained everything, all work was done beyond satisfactory, they did a great Job with both cars & did work as promised & in timely manner. Highly recommend, & would use them again if needed.

I needed the front bumper replaced on my RAV4. I shopped it around to a few repair shops in the neighborhood. Not only was VIP the cheapest by a couple of hundred dollars, but they also promised -- and delivered -- the shortest repair time. I dropped my car off Monday morning and had it back, exactly as promised, on Tuesday afternoon. The other shops said it would likely take four days, which was a significant additional expense since I had to rent a car during that period. VIP also arranged a very discounted car rental for me and even dropped me off at the rental company. They were terrific in every way! I'm especially appreciative of Luis, who was incredibly warm and friendly, as well as a highly skilled repairman.

Sent my 2002 Lexus IS300 to get fully repainted and body work done back in February. After sending the car to get nano-coated and clearbra film applied shortly after, my detailer noticed some cosmetic issues that need to be corrected first. They were very accommodating and I had a detailed list of things that need to be corrected. They took care of it all! Also, 2nd time I picked it up noticed some paint peeling on the handle and they were efficient. Got it corrected in a day. Appreciate everyone from the friendly demeanor of Laura, Jesus, Anthony and the rest of the crew!

My car's passenger side door was damaged in a parking lot and as a result I took it to VIP collision center. Their customer service was amazing and they were very kind, professional and efficient in repairing and repainting the door. Unfortunately, due to unknown circumstances the clear coat failed on the door so I had to take my car back to VIP collision center. Though this was a bummer - they took the car back in without question, reapplied and fixed the clear coat and even removed a small door ding without an additional charge.

I had my Kia Sedona repaired here after the accident, everyone is very nice and attentive. They were always available to answer my questions. There was a little problem when I picked up my van but they resolved it right away. I would definitely recommend this business.
